Wide screen format LED Displays(16:9. the aspect ratioof the screen width to height) are primarily designed to viewwide screen format fu,-motion video.
The images displayedon them should primarily be in the wide screen 16:9 ratio format, or expanded to fill the screen ifyour model offers this feature and
the images are constantly moving. Displayingstationarygraphics and images on screen, such asthe darksidebars on no expanded standard format
television video and programming, should be limited to no morethan 5% ofthe total televisionviewing per week.
Additiona,y. viewing other stationaryimages and text such as stock market reports, video gamedisplays, station Iogos. web sites or computer graphics
and patterns, should be limited as described above for alltelevisions. Displaying stationaryimages that exceed the above guidelinescan cause uneven
aging of LED Displaysthat leavesubtle, but permanent bumeddn ghost images in the LEDpicture. To avoid this.vary the programming and images, and
primarily displayfull screen moving images, not stationary patterns or dark bars. On LED models that offer picture sizingfeatures, use thesecontrols to
view differentformats as a full screen picture.
Be carefulin the selection and duration of televisionformats usedfor viewing. Uneven LEDaging as a result offormat selection and use. as well as burned
in images, are not covered by your Samsung limited warranty.

Avoid displaying still images (suchasjpeg picture files)or still image elements (suchas TV channel Iogos. panorama or 4:3 image format, stock or news
bars at screen bottom etc.) on the screen. Constant displaying of still picture can cause ghosting of LED screen, which will affect image quality.To reduce
risk ofthis effect, pleasefollow below recommendations:
• Avoiddisplaying the same TVchannel for long periods.
• Alwaystry to display a full screen image.
• Reducing brightness and contrast will help to avoid the appearance of afterdmages.
• Use allTV features designed to reduce image retention and screen burn. refer to proper user manual section fordetaib.
Keepthe requireddistances between the product and other objects (e.g.walls)to ensureproper ventilation.
Failingto do so may result infire or a problem with the product due to an increase inthe internal temperature of the product.
