• Never put ice cubes or ice pops straight from the freezer
into your mouth. (The low temperature may cause "freezer
burns".)
Do not place the equipment directly under the sunlight,

The refrigerator must be grounded.
•You must ground the refrigerator to prevent any power
leakages or electricshocks caused by current leakage
from the refrigerator.
Never use gas pipes,telephone lines or other potential
lightening rods as ground.
• Improper use of the ground plug can result in a risk of
electric shock. Ifit is necessary to use an extension cord,
use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade ground
plug and a 3-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the
appliance.The marked rating of the extension cord should
be AC 115V~120V, 10A,or more. If a groundingadapter is
used, makesure the receptacle box is fully grounded.

When installingthe refrigerator,you should providea
clearanceof at least 2 inchesat the back, top and 1 inch
from the sides ofthe refrigerator.

Youare advised to cleanthe appliance and

on for the first time to remove any dust that

Switch on the appliancefor approximately2

until thefreezer temperatureis at least O°F.
If you want to store frozen food as soon as
possible,set the temperature control to the
coldesttemperature (-14°F) and let the
applianceoperatefor one hour.
The appliance ispreset for normal
operation.We recommendtemperaturesof
38°F in thefridge and -2°F in the freezer.
The interiorlight of the appliancewill light
up when the dooris open.
This interior lightwill go out when the door
is closed.
Yourappliance is operatedby a compressor
which switches "onand off" to maintain the
internaltemperature.When the compressor
is new,it requires runningfor a period of up
to five months.During this period, it may be
slightly noisy.This is quite normal and does
not represent a fault.
Storefoodoncethe temperaturein the
refrigeratorissufficientlylow.It takesa few
hoursafter startingtherefrigeratorto reach
thepropertemperature.
Ifthe appliancedoesnotoperatecorrectly,
checkthe electricitysupply.Ifthe problem
persists,contactyourdealer.

Vegetableandfruit portionsshouldbe no heavierthan2 pounds,while meatportionscan be upto 5.5 Ibs.
Smaller portionsfreezequicklyand the qualityis bettermaintainedwhen defrostingandpreparingthe food.
Itisimportant toseal foodin airtightbags or containersbeforefreezing to preventit from losingits tasteor dehydrating.
Wrap thefood, thenpressout anyair and seal it airtight.
Suitablewrapping materials:
Plasticbags, cling-film,aluminiumfoil and freezercontainers.
Unsuitable wrapping materials:
Wrappingpaper,wax paper,cellophane,binbags or used carrierbags.
These cancause odors.
Suitablesealing materials:

Before placing a package in the freezer, it should be clearlylabelled with the contentsand the date of freezing.

The icemakerwillproduce8 cubesper cycle- approximately100~130cubesin a
24-hourperiod,dependingon freezercompartmenttemperature,roomtemperature,
numberofdoor openingsand otheruseconditions.
Throwawaythefirst fewbatchesofice toallowthewater lineto clear.
Besurenothinginterfereswith thesweepof thefeelerarm.
Whenthe binfills to thelevelof thefeelerarm, the icemakerwillstop producingice.
After theicemakerhasbeen turnedon again,therewill be a timedelay beforethe
icemakerresumesoperations.
It isnormalfor severalcubes to bejoinedtogether.
If iceis notusedfrequently,old ice cubeswill becomecloudy,tastestale and shrink.
So ifyoudon'twant to makeice, pressthe IceOff button.

FREEZER LIGHT BULB
Raisethehangingsillunder thelightbulbcover upwardbypressingon it and pullingittowardsyou.
After removingthe lightbulb,replaceitwith a newbulb byturningitin the directionof thearrow.
• The newbulb'swattand voltagemustbe thesameas statedon thetype plate.
• 15watt lightbulbwith E17 basesocket
Insertthe lowerhangingsillafter fittingthe upper partofthe lightbulbcover.
Replacement bulbs for both the freezer and refrigerator are available at retail outlets such as
Wal-mart, The Home Depot and Lowe's.
Note Use replacement bulb size E17, maximum 30 watt in refrigerator or 15 watt infreezer.

Before You Install the water line
• This water line installation is notwarranted by the fridge or icemakermanufacturer.Followthese instructions
carefully to minimizethe risk of expensivewater damage.
• Banging pipes (water banging in the pipes) in houseplumbing can cause damageto fridge parts and lead to
water leakage or flooding. Call a qualified plumberto correctthe problembefore installing thewater supply
line to the fridge.
•Toprevent burns andproduct damage, do not hook up thewater line to the hot water line.
• Do not install the icemakertubing in areas where temperaturesfall belowfreezing.
•When using any electricaldevice (suchas a power drill) during installation,be surethe device is insulatedor
wired in a mannerto preventelectric shock.
• All installationsmust be in a accordancewith local plumbingcode requirements.

Connecting to water supply line
- Shut off the main water supply line and turn
the Ice maker to the off position.
- Locate the nearest cold drinking water line.
- Follow the instructions in the ice maker
installation kit.
- After connecting the water supply line with
Cartridge Holder inlet and installing the Filter
Cartridge (insert plastic line to the case water
filter inlet until you feel its limit).
- Turn on water supply and flush 4 or more
gallon into a bucket to clear the water filter.

Connect the water line to the fridge
- Connect the plastic line on the back of your fridge to
the outlet of cartridge holder (insert plastic line to the
cartridge holder outlet until its limit)
- Insert plastic clip to the cartridge holder inlet and
outlet.

- After inserting the compression nut into plastic tube, tighten
the compression nut onto 1/4"compression fitting(union).
Donot overtighten the compression nut.

1.After removing the screw,disassemble the Upper
Right Hinge Cover.

3.With the 7/16 inchwrench, remove the four
bolts that hold the top of the refrigerator.

6.After removing the screw and two bolts,
disassemble Middle Hinge.
7. Disassemblethe Freezer Door by lifting it upward.

8.After removing the screw, disassemble the
Hinge Cover(left) and the Hinge(right).
9. Move the hardwarefound on the right side
of the cabinet to the left and vice-versa.
10.After removing the left and rightside
screws, disassemble the Grommet, Door
Stopper and Middle Stopper from the
bottom right of the freezer-door.

11.Movethehardwarefoundontherightsideofthe
doortotheleftandvice-versa.
12.Disassembletheswitchbygentlypryingfromthe
corner.Becarefulnottoscratch.
13.DisassembletheDoorCap,Sleeveandthe
screws.
14.Re-installpartsintheiropposingsides.
AssembletheDoorS/Wasitis.(Makesure
nottoinsertitupsidedown)
15.AssembleFreezerDoorbyfittingthelower
hingeintothehingegrommethole.Besureto
greasethewasher.
16.FixtheAlternateMiddleHingeintothedoorhole.

17.Reinstallthemiddlehingeontheleftsideofthe
cabinet,(Usethelefthingesuppliedin
Refrigeratorbottlebin)Don'tforgettoinsert
washerwithgrease,
18.Confirmopeningandclosingofthedoor.

19.After removing the screws, disassemble
the Door Stopper and Grommet.
20. Move the hardwarefrom left side of door
to the right side and vice-versa.
21. Fit the fridge door into the middle hinge,

Cabinet Hinge Cover.And disassemble the
Door Hinge Cover using adequate
tools.(Referto the below picture)

25.Aftersecuringthetophingewiththescrews,
connecttheelectricwire.
26.AssembletheCoverHingewiththe

27.Finally,confirmopeningandclosingofthe
fridgedoor.
28.Makeanynecessaryadjustmentsto
insurepropersealingofthedoors.
