PS4812 Series Intelligent pressure indicator on the left panel contains two alarm lights, a calibrated
light and four pressure unit lights on the right, its functions as follows:
1) The first alarm indicator AL1: long light alarm light, no alarm light goes out;
2) The second alarm indicator AL2: long bright alarm light, no warning light goes out;
3) Calibration status indicator CAL: calibration of pressure indicator, the light starts flashing, the
calibration end then the light off;
4) The unit of pressure indicator: programmable selection of the corresponding pressure, the
corresponding length indicator light

PS4812 series pressure indicator, there are three working states: "Measure working state",
"Fast set-up working state" and the "System set-up working state". After power on both the
pressure indicator into the "Measureworking state".
Boot into measure working state, click key to enter the fast set-up working state. This state
can set the first and second alarm values. PV window display alarm character; SV window display
set-up alarm value, digit shines through the key to set the desired alarm value.
Setup is complete, click key of 5 seconds to return to Measure working state.

5 Pressure calibration operationindicator
5.1 Automatic calibrationof pressure operation:indicator

Automatic calibration beforethe unlock key(the "LCK" parameterset "0000"),and
calibration methods forautomatic calibration (the"E_SC" parameter set"0000").
Guarantee melt pressure transducer is working in environment temperature and
working pressure iszero.
Themelt pressure transducerand intelligent pressureindicator according tothe
instructionto connect well,and also connectedthe 220VAC power supply. Entered
measurementinstrument self-test state,then can beautomatically calibrated, the
concrete operation isas follows:

After about5 seconds, PVwindow shows or . SV valuesin the
window dispaly "16,000~ 25,000" between(ten thousand's place in PV windowat the end
of display). Thisnumber is thepressure transducer 80% range of thecode values. Waiting
in the calibrationprocess of keycan not letgo.
Click down the key while youclick the key, PV windowdisplay ,
SV values in thewindowdisplay"from 2000 to6000" between, thisvalue for thepressure
transducer zero-point codevalue, while theCAL calibration-lightflashes.

After about5 seconds, PVwindow shows .Pressure transducer calibration
information has beenwritten to at this timeat the endof the automatic calibration
operation, calibrationlight goesout. Throughoutthe calibrationprocess key and do
not letgo. (If thisprocess does notshow that the80% range value, or this value error is
too large.please re-operationof the automaticcalibration, andcheckeitherthe
range settings are corrector pressure transducerand connection are correct.)

5.2 calibration of pressure operation:Manual indicator
This function isfor pressure transducerwithout calibration signalor calibration signal
error too largethat can notadjust.Before manual calibrationwe should unlockthe key
(the "LCK" parameterset "0000"), and calibration methods for the manual calibration
(the "E_SC" parameterset "0001"). Guaranteepressure transducer probe-pressureis zero.
First , Installingthe pressure transducerto the providestandard pressure sourcedevice.
Then connnect thepressure transducer andpressure indicator according to the instruction
to connect, andthen connected the220VAC power. Indicator power-on self -test into
measure working state,then in accordancewith the operation entering to systemparameter
setting state (4.3 - page3). The rangeis set tothe corresponding pressuretransducer range,
