4 Connect the compressed air and the
water to the ARMO-Power Pump. Air
and water pressure maximum 2 bar (29
PSI).
5 Turn main power switch ON.
6 Push system power switch
Light indicator (water pressure) will light
red.
7 Turn knob to left to reset. Light indicator
(water pressure) will light off.

8 Hold green button to make water flow.
Adjust handle to get water flow between
420 and 470 l/h on cylinder.
9 Turn top mixer clockwise. Fill hopper and
examine after it flows out to verify
consistency. Adjust water flow rate as
necessary (step 8). Reposition when
correct.
Attention: Never put dry material into
below hopper!

11 Switch to “AUTO” and wait for wet
hopper to fill to sensor. Top (dry) mixer
will automatically turn off.
12 Turn pump speed knob to 50%. Can
adjusted as needed for proper
installation.
13 Before starting prime the hose, to avoid /
prevent clogging.
14 Turn tump switch to “AUTO”. If nozzle is
open, machine will start. If nozzle is
closed, machine will turn off.
Pump pressure shall not exceed 35 bar
(500 PSI). If it is higher turn pump off
and allow pressure to escape. Remove
hoses and wash out manually.

15 Before stopping shooting, turn mixer to
“0” and jet all material trough out
ensuring button hopper is empty.
16 Clean hoses and machine. Disconnect
hoses and clean each separately. Use
water and run ball through at least twice.
•Measure regarding occupational safety (protective clothing / accident
prevention) are required.
