GENERAL INFORMATION
This document contains important information and must be kept for future reference.
The Sani Sport / Sani Defenx machine significantly reduces harmful bacteria in athletic

The Sani Sport / Sani Defenx machine requires little maintenance. You may choose to wipe
down the stainless steel cabinet with a damp rag from time to time. If you suspect that the
machine is not working correctly or a part needs to be replaced, please email

your issue promptly. The technical life of the machine is 15-20 years.
MOBILITY
The Sani Sport / Sani Defenx machine sits on 4 caster wheels making it easy to manoeuver. The
Sani Sport / Sani Defenx dimensions are 23” deep X 45” wide by 67” high. The machine fits in
most pickup trucks. Some Sani Sport / Sani Defenx operators choose to design a custom Sani
Sport / Sani Defenx trailer to transport their machine.

SAFETY
The Sani Sport / Sani Defenx Supreme is CE and UL certified.
The Sani Sport / Sani Defenx machine has breaks on the two front wheels. Please ensure that
the brakes have been applied when using the machine.

Do not open the cabinet doors while the machine is in use. There is no emergency stop button
on the machine. No moving parts are exposed. Should you wish to stop the cycle once it has
already started, please use the on/off button. Please use the machine in a well lit room as
there is no lighting in the machine.
The Sani Sport / Sani Defenx Supreme is manufactured in a EPA registered establishment.

INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to first use, please insert the electrical cord into a standard outlet. If your machine has
been shipped overseas, it will have a transformer to accommodate the voltage required.
Please follow the steps below to use the machine:
-Open the cabinet doors by unlocking the black knobs at the top and bottom of the
cabinet
-Place the equipment on the shelves
oLarger items should be on
higher shelves to allow
ozone to circulate
throughout the cabinet
oFor best results, take the
equipment apart as much as
possible (ex: remove all
Velcro from pads, remove
insoles from boots or skates
and place them as separate
items in the machine).
oDo not place items on top of
each other
oFor best results, the
equipment should be dry
-Once all items are placed properly in the cabinet, the operator should close and lock the
doors using the black knobs at the top and bottom of the cabinet
-Turn the power on by pressing the dial
-The green circles around the cycle button signify that the machine is ready for use
-Press the cycle button to start the 12 minute process
-Red dots will appear and then begin to disappear in a circular fashion indicating the time
remaining for that portion of the cycle. The first part of the cycle is generating purified
air through Fan 1. This lasts 3 minutes.
-There will then be 20 seconds of red circles going in opposite directions. This signifies
the change from Fan 1 to Fan 2.
-Fan 2 will then have a 3 minute cycle of generating purified air. This will be shown as red
dots disappearing as was the case with Fan 1.
-Yellow dots will now appear to count down the ozone destruction / waiting period. This
phase lasts 6 minutes.
-Green dots will follow the yellow dots to announce that the cycle is complete and the
equipment can be removed.

Drimax
If you have purchased your Sani Sport / Sani Defenx with the Drimax system, please note, the
drimax will turn on by itself during the cycle.
Items that can be placed in the machine
All sports equipment and protective gear can be placed into the Sani Sport / Sani Defenx
cabinet, including but not limited to:
-Skates
-Pads
-Helmets
-Cleats
-Sports bags / gym bags
-Gloves
-Body armour
-Boots
-Hazmat suits
-Tents
-Sleeping Bags
Jerseys and socks may be placed in the Sani Sport / Sani Defenx cabinet but they can also be
washed in a traditional washing machine.
