WARRANTY
１）We will replace any product found to be defective under normal conditions without charge during the warranty period.
２）Charges will apply during the warranty period for any of the following repairs or replacements:
- Malfunction or damage caused by improper use, repair or installation
- Malfunction or damage caused by a failure to observe instructions on proper use
- Any failure arising out of installation not in conformance with assembly/installation instructions, or disassembly/modifications
- Malfunctions caused by an irregularity in the installation floor surface and any maintenance required subsequently (e.g. door
hinge adjustment)
- Malfunctions caused by use beyond the intended purpose or with use that goes beyond general household use (e.g. installation
on a vehicle/vessel and any commercial use)
- Malfunction or damage caused by relocating the product after its initial installation
- Malfunction or damage caused by any act of God or Force Majeure
- Any failure in an electrical appliance caused by abnormal voltage, use of power source out of the specified range (voltage and
frequency) and external noise
- Malfunction or damage associated with the deterioration of replaceable parts (e.g. lighting bulb, glow lamp, packing and
cartridge)
- Any failure of the product arising out of the failure of another object (e.g. deformation of the building frame (insufficient
strength/warping)), aged deterioration of the surface finishing (color fading), or any defect in appearance due to wear
- Any failure caused by the securing of the unit and the accumulation of foreign substances and water scales (e.g. sand, dust, and
rust) in the water/hot water piping
- Any failure caused by a corrosive atmospheric environment or pollution at the installation site (e.g. near the sea shore or a hot
spring area)
- Any failure caused by unique water qualities (e.g. hot springs and well water)
- Any failure caused by a lack of normal maintenance (e.g. dirt and rust/mold on plated parts)
- Any failure caused by an animal (e.g. rat and bugs)
- Any defect or damage caused through freezing
- Any variations in specifications due to the properties of materials used (e.g. such as with natural materials like wood andstone,
and minute coloration or varied surfacing intended to give a natural appearance)
- Any damage caused by cigarette burns, or use of chemicals (e.g. organic solvents, chlorine detergents, strong acid/alkaline
solutions)
- Any damage caused by bath additives containing sulfur or alkaline ingredients.
- Any malfunction arising out of the improper or insufficient management prior to move-in after the building construction has been
completed
- Any scratch on the finished surface not indicated upon delivery
- Any claim made without the presentation of this warranty card
- The absence or modification of purchaser information, the purchase date or other required information in the warranty card

Tubo1 year<Towel ring / Paper holder>
❶Apply the wall-mount tting onto the wall and temporarily x it with a wall-mount screw.
* The wall-mount tting should be installed so that the screw holes face up and down.
❷Temporarily x the main unit with a main unit xing screw, make it level and then fully
tighten the wall-mount screw that xes the wall-mount tting.
❸Remove the main unit once and x the wall-mount tting with the rest of the wall-mount
screws.
❹Install the washer and then the main unit. At this point, insert a pin on the main unit into a
hole on the washer.
* Insert a pin into a hole
❺Tighten the main unit xing screw until the main unit is securely fastened. *Do not exces-
sively tighten the screw, or the screw (and the screw hole) may become broken.
<Towel bar>
❶Apply the wall-mount tting onto the wall and temporarily x the wall-mount screws on the
level at 450 mm pitches. (Use the resin plug when the wall may not be strong enough.)
❷Temporarily x the main unit with a main unit xing screw, and make it level.
* When the pitches are not aligned well, loosen and make an adjustment.
❸Remove the main unit once and x the wall-mount tting with the wall-mount screws.
❹Install the main unit.
❺Tighten the main unit xing screw until the main unit is securely fastened. * Do not exces-
sively tighten the screw, or the screw (and the screw hole) may become broken.

● After installing, check for any play on the main unit, any loose or crooked parts.

Check that the main unit, wall-mount tting and wall-mount screws are afxed securely.

Remove any dirt on the unit, wipe with a soft cloth.
