DISASSEMBLY OF MACHINE

Order of operation Explanation
A. DISASSEMBLY OF COVER ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 2 rubber feet CD and remove the 2 Papers shield ®.
2. Remove the 4 screws (J) and open the cab inet ® (Fig -I) .
B. REMOVAL OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
1. Remove the 2 screws ®, then pull the slide switch @ up from the fixture plate Q).
2. Remove the 2 screws ® and remove the printed circ uit board (P. C. B.l ® , paper shield
@, insulating plate (jJ), display panel @, fixture plate of slide switch Q) and
ground terminal @ from base @ .
3. Pull the 44 pin connector @.
4. Remove the 2 screws @ and remove power transformer @ (Fig-2 ) .
C. DISASSEMBLY OF KEY BOARD
1. Remove the 2 screws @ and then remove the 2 fixture plates @.
2. Remove the 4 screws @ and lift up the key board @ .
3. Remove the 2 screws @ and rem ove the seesaw switch ©.
4. Remove the 2 screws @ and remove the rotary sw itch @ (Fig-3) .
