What are the advantages of the induction grill?
The induction cooker uses a standard of 110/120 volts of electric power plug-
ged into a standard household electrical outlet.
is induction cooking so efficient?
With a 83% energy efficiency, induction cooking is more efficient than electric
or gas. While gas cooker burners are only 30-35% efficient and cost approxi-
mately $1.65 per hour when operating, an induction cooker costs only $0.12
per hour to operate.
How safe is induction cooking?
Because there is no open flame or hot cooking element, the induction grille
creates heat only in the appropriate cookware. The surface of the kitchen re-
mains fresh, except where the bottom of the cooking pot comes in contact
with the surface.
What is the difference between electric cooking and induction?
The regular electrical cooking elements use energy to heat the heating element
and then through the conduction, the heating is transferred to the cooking tray,
where the induction grill places anergy directly on the cookware.
Is it easy to use?
The quick heating of the cookware makes all types of cooking quick and easy,
especially when heating, sautéing, frying and making pasta. Cleaning an induc-
tion cooker is easy.
Without Flameo open heating element, the food is not burned on so you can
just clean the surface of the kitchen clean with a damp towel.
