ARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general terms and conditions of the Dutch Gymnastics
Equipment Manufacturers (NGF) are established at Leusden.
•The Supplier grants a warranty of five (5) years on the fixed built-in equipment and mobile equipment
supplied by them. This warranty does not apply to parts for accessories of fixed equipment such as
electric motors. A warranty period of one (1) year applies.
•The aforementioned five (5) year warranty is extended by five (5) years to ten (1 ) years if the client
has concluded a maintenance contract with the supplier regarding the goods delivered by the supplier,
on condition that:
a) the maintenance contract commences at the time of delivery of the relevant goods;
b) the maintenance contract continues during the (extended) warranty period;
c) at least once a year an inspection by the supplier has taken place on the goods to be
maintained;
d) the client enables the supplier to execute the agreed.
•The warranty does not cover defects caused by:
a) normal wear and tear;
b) improper or inappropriate use;
c) improper or incorrect maintenance;
d) changes or repairs made by or on behalf of the other party itself and/or carried out by third
parties;
e) errors by the client which can be demonstrated by the supplier;
f) errors wholly or partially due to government regulations regarding the quality or the nature of the
materials or with regard to the manufacture.
•In the event of defects occurring, the supplier will:
•replace the parts, the manufacturer becomes owner of the replaced parts;
•repair the defects;
•choose another alternative solution, if repair is not reasonably possible. The customer must give the
manufacturer the opportunity to remedy any defects.
•For built-in third-party components the warranty conditions of the relevant supplier apply. The warranty
period may vary from what is indicated above.
•Supplier reserves the right to change its equipment / installations without prior warning.
The execution and settlement of its warranty obligations will take place with due observance of the fact that
there is a so-called expiring warranty at all times; This means that the supplier will take into account the period
that has already elapsed after the delivery (deliveries) as well as the intensity with which the client has used
the delivered goods.
We draw attention to the following limitations of liability:
The supplier of the equipment is not liable for unsafe situations, accidents and damage resulting from, for
example:
•improper or incorrect use or maintenance;
•the use for other purposes or under other conditions than those specified in this documentation;
•insufficient or overdue maintenance;
•unauthorized repairing or changing specifications of the equipment;
•non-compliance with regulations and/or warnings as described in this user manual.
The supplier is also not liable:
•if the client does not, does not fully or not comply in time with an obligation from an existing
agreement or relationship with the supplier, or in case:
-of bankruptcy of the client;
-of suspension of payments on the part of the client;
-if a curator, administrator or liquidator has been appointed for the client;
-of debt restructuring on the part of the client;
-if the client has ceased its activities;
-if the control over the client has been acquired by a third party.

NTRODUCTION
1.1 Purpose and Function of the Equipment
The SAM School is a rollable, extendable basketball rack. Equipped with a unique safety
lock and spring-assisted height adjustment. Thanks to its 2 swivel wheels, the SAM School
is extremely easy to move without floor damage. Furthermore, the SAM School is
extremely stable because of the heavy base frame and very compact to store.
2S
AFETY
2.1 I
NTRODUCTION
The SAM School has been designed and built in such a way that it can be used and
maintained safely. This applies to the application, the circumstances and the instructions
described in this documentation. Reading the documentation and following the
instructions are therefore necessary for anyone working with or on the equipment. For
professional use, it is the responsibility of the employer that these instructions are known
and complied with.
In this documentation, a distinction is made between normal use (see "Operating
instructions" on page 8) and other work (see "Other work" on page 11) to the product. The
reason is that other requirements are set on service staff than on the operators, especially
with regard to safety.
2.2 S
AFETY REGULATIONS
All our (gymnastics) equipment complies with the fundamental health and safety
requirements from the relevant European Community directives.
In order to reduce the risk of injury and to ensure accurate operation of the equipment,
the following instructions must be strictly observed:
1. Use this equipment only with the assistance of a trained and
qualified instructor.
2. Check the equipment for sufficient stability before each workout and
only use it if it is technically sound.
3. Always check that the equipment is correctly installed, especially
the attachment points. If you do not trust it, do not use the
equipment and have it checked by an expert.
4. Know your own limit and that of the equipment. Follow
progressive instruction training and always consult an instructor.
5. Before use, check that the equipment is positioned in an obstacle-free manner.
6. Ensure appropriate safety zones around the equipment.
7.
Never use the equipment when you are under the influence of
alcohol, medication or drugs.
8. Pregnant women or people with health problems should not use the
equipment.

2.4 D

BILITY
Our company does not only consider the users but also the environment when designing
equipment and sports and play equipment.
We do this by using environmentally friendly materials such as wood with a sustainable
quality mark and phthalate-free PVC fabric. We also try to reduce our energy
consumption and we have company cars with a green label.
Furthermore, we work closely with the Sports for Children foundation. This foundation
gives used (gymnastics) equipment and sports and play materials a
second life.
When a gym or sports hall is redesigned by us, the old equipment can be collected by
Sports for Children instead of taking it to the dump.
Sports for Children restores these where necessary and donates them to less fortunate
sports clubs and / or schools in Eastern Europe.
Through this effort and activities, they want to offer pleasure to children in Eastern
European countries that have little or no sports and games facilities at their disposal. In
this way we re-use our (gymnastics) equipment and sports and play materials and work
more environmentally friendly.
