A slight tilt to the piano keys is normal. The loose-pivot design is intentional to provide
an easy, light touch for little fingers. Occasionally, keys may jog out of position during
shipping. Running your hand lightly both ways across the keyboard, or further by lifting
and gently shaking the piano may easily remedy this. The keys will then fall into their
proper position.
Fold the color music strip so that it lines up appropriately behind the black keys.
