Thank you for purchasing digital conference system. It is a new generation of advanced digital
conference system, all data and audio are used digital signal processing. The system includes the
host, chairman machine, attendance machine, expansion machine and multiple video switcher.
Software includes the scene preset, microphone management, voting management, feedback
suppression, audio equalization and other functions.
It is recommended that you carefully read the manual before using it to familiarize yourself with
its features, applications, and proper connection. Thank you again for purchasing our products.
Delegates participate in the meeting by discussion equipment. It includes gooseneck microphones,
voting buttons, LCD, and conference speakers.
The discussion equipment can realize the functions such as meeting sign-in, speaking, and voting.
Chairman has the priority speaking function.

Control Description

1. Microphone interface
It is used to connect the gooseneck
microphone. Please note that use the gooseneck
microphone with LED for replacement, otherwise
it may cause unpredictable results.
2. Screen
Used to display the current state of the speaking
and recording information.
3. Agree button
Touch Agree for supporting in the voting interface.
4. Drop button
Touch Drop for dropping in the voting interface.
5. Disagree button
Touch Disagree for voting against in the voting
interface.
6. Volume adjustment
Touch "+" or "-" to increase or decrease the
headphone volume.
7. Priority button
When the chairman machine is set to be the discussion device, touch "Priority" to cover
the microphone of all other attendees and give priority to speaking.
8. Microphone button
Press this button in the main interface for speaking requests. In the sign-in interface, press this
button to sign in.
9. Extension of the conference system
Both two interfaces are used to connect multiple discussion devices. The System is connected in
a hand-in-hand way for easy installation.For example, the left interface connects to the previous
device, the right interface connects to the next device, and so on.

5System Application Diagram
The conference system is a plug and play system, mainly used in small and medium-sized
conference venues.
1. Host: The control center of the conference system.
2. Discussion equipment: The chairman machine or attendance machine, there is only one
chairman can be placed in one of the location of the 2 and 3 branches.
3. PC: Used to manage and configure the system with PC software.

功能简介
感谢您购买数字会议系统。
本系统是新一代先进数字会议系统, 所有数据、音频均采用数字信号处理。
本系统包括主机，主席机，代表机，扩展机，软件包括场景预设，话筒管理、表决管理、反馈抑制
、音频均衡等多个功能模块。
建议您在使用前，仔细阅读说明书来熟悉其特性，应用及正确的连接步骤，再次感谢您购买我们的
产品。
与会代表通过讨论设备参与会议。讨论设备包括鹅颈麦克风、投票按键、LCD显示器和会议音响。
讨论设备可实现会议的会议签到、发言请求、参加表决等功能。主席机有优先发言的权利。

控制功能介绍

1. 麦克风接口
位于中间的这个接口用于连接鹅颈麦克风。请注意
如需更换请使用带有LED的鹅颈话筒，否则可能造
成不可预料的结果。
2. 显示屏
用于显示当前发言状态及录音信息等。
3. 同意按键
在投票界面触摸Agree，表示投赞成票。
4. 弃权按键
在投票界面触摸Drop，表示弃权。
5. 反对按键
在投票界面触摸Disagree，表示投反对票。
6. 音量调节
触摸“+”或“-”表示增大或减小耳机音量。
7. 优先按键
当讨论设备设定为主席设备时，触摸“Priority”
，可覆盖其它所有列席机的话筒，优先发言。
8. 话筒按键
在主界面按下此键，用于发言请求。在签到界面，按下此键进行签到。
9. 会议系统扩展
这两个接口用来将多个讨论设备连接起来，例如，左边接口连接上一个设备，右边的接口连接下一
个设备，依此类推，手拉手式的连接方式，易于安装。

5系统应用
本会议系统是即插即用的系统，主要应用于中小型会议场所。
1. 主机，是本会议系统的控制中心。
2. 讨论设备，主席机或者列席机,但只可选择2与3支路中任意的其中一个位置放置一台主席机。
3. PC，用于PC软件连接主机控制系统工作。
