Fault
The sunrise alarm clock is not working.
Possible cause and solution
The mains cord is not properly inserted in the female plug of the sunrise alarm clock or the mains
adapter is not properly connected with the socket.
−− Make sure that the female plug and the mains adapter are correctly inserted.
There is currently a power failure.
−− Check the power supply by connecting another device to the socket.
The mains adapter is damaged.
−− Contact the service address provided on the warranty card.
Fault
Different functions cannot be adjusted.
Possible cause and solution
The sunrise alarm clock is in battery operation and as a result, not all functions are available.
−− Connect the sunrise alarm clock to a socket.
The microprocessor in the sunrise alarm clockmust be reset.
−− Push the RESET button on the back of the sunrise alarm clock or pull the mains adapter out of the
socket and then connect the sunrise alarm clock to the mains. As a result, the sunrise alarm clock will
be reset to the factory settings.
Fault
The light will not illuminate if the wake-up alarm is triggered.
Possible cause and solution
The brightness has been set too low or the wake-up light is deactivated.
−− Set the brightness or activate the light as described in the chapter “Operation”.
Fault
The alarm clock does not sound when the wake-up alarm is triggered.
Possible cause and solution
The volume has been settoo low or the sound as a wake-up alarm has been deactivated.
−− Set the volume or activate the sound as described in the chapter “Operation”.
If you selected the radio as an alarm sound, the radio may be defective.
−− Push the button after you have switched off the alarm clock. If the radio still doesn’t work,
contact the service address specified on the warranty card.
