SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Inspect the appliance for visible signs of
damage before use. Do not use a damaged
device.
2. This appliance is intended for private and
non-commercial use. Any use other than
previously stated is considered as improper
use. No claims of any kind will be
accepted for damage resulting from use of
the appliance for other than its intended
purpose. The risk must be borne solely by
the user.
3. Do not use the product for other purposes
than those intended in this manual.
4. This appliance complies with the
standards in force for this type of product.
5. Make sure that the network voltage
corresponds to 220-240V.
6. If the use of an extension cord is needed,
use one with ground socket, and take all
necessary precautions so that nobody
hinders it.

7. Place the product on a stable surface. Do
not slot it in.
8. Do not use the product outdoors.
9. Keep the appliance and its powercord
away from heat, direct sunlight, water,
moisture, sharp edges and the like.
10. Under no circumstances must the
appliance be placed in water or any liquid
or come in contact with liquid. Do not
handle the appliance with wet or moist
hands. Should the appliance become wet or
moist, remove the main plug from the
socket immediately.
11. Do not pull or carry by the cord, close
the doors on cord, or pull cord around
sharp edges/corners.
12. Always disconnect the plug from the
power outlet when you do not use the
appliance.
13. This appliance is not a toy; keep it out of
reach from children.

14. Store the appliance and accessory parts
out of the reach of children. Children must
be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
15. Do not leave the appliance unattended
during operation.
16. Do not let the power cord hang over the
edge of a table or work surface and make
sure it does not come into contact with hot
surfaces.
17. Do not use the appliance:
If the plug or powercord is/are damaged,
If the unit has been damaged in any way,
If it felt down
If the cones are damaged or incomplete.
18. Always connect the appliance to an
easily accessible power outlet.
19. When disconnecting the plug from the
power outlet, always pull at the plug; do
not pull on the cable itself.

20. Never immerse the appliance, the
powercord or plug in water or any other
liquid.
21. Do not hold the appliance or powercord
with wet hands.
22. Make sure to unplug the appliance after
use.
23. Do not move the device when in use.
24. Avoid wrapping the cord around the
appliance and do not bend it.
25. Use only the accessories supplied with
the appliance.

26. If the blades are blocked when mixing,
always unplug the appliance before
removing the food responsible for

27. Unplug the appliance from the mains

28. Switch off the appliance and disconnect
it from supply before changing accessories

32. Never use food out of dimensions still
packaged. Remove firstly all wrapping
papers likely to be around food.

fitted and safely locked inside the

stack the other cones in the device.
36. Never introduce food using your hands,
always use the pusher

41. This appliance is not intended to operate
by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.

42. Repairs to the appliance must only be
carried out by an authorized specialist or
by the works customer senate. This
particularly applies to replacing a damaged
connection cable. Unqualified repairs can
lead to considerable danger for the user.
43. If the power cord is damaged, it must be
repaired by the manufacturer, reseller, its
after-sales service, or by a third person
with similar qualification, in order to avoid
all risks.
44. This appliance can be used by persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance.

45. This appliance shall not be used by
children. Keep the appliance and its
powercord out of reach of children.
Intervals of Use
This unit can not operate continuously; it is
not intended for a professional use. You
must use it with operating breaks.
Otherwise, you may damage the engine.
The maximum duration of continuous use
is 2 minutes.
Operating breaks should last at least 2
minutes.
No more than 5 cycles before an about 20
minutes break.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before the first use
Remove the appliance from the packaging and and make sure to remove the wedging elements.
Wipe the external surfaces of the motor unit with a soft, clean cloth.
All the accessories can be cleaned with a soft sponge, warm water and washing up liquid. Rinse with
clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. They can also be washed in the dishwasher.
WARNING: The cone blades are extremely sharp. Handle the cones carefully, always holding
them by the plastic part.
Failure to follow warnings and instructions below may result in electric shock, fire and / or
serious injury.
CAUTION: Do not immerse the appliance, the power cord or plug in water or other liquids for
cleaning. Also make sure not to enter any water or liquid inside the unit.
It is normal that a smell will appear the first time but will quickly disappear.

1. Use:
Choose the cone which corresponds to the desired use.
Fit the cone holder (5) on the motor unit (4) by giving it a quarter turn to the
left.
Place the chosen cone into the opening at the front of the cone holder (5). The cone should be
correctly positioned all the way into the drive.
Place the splash guard (6) on the cone holder (5) to avoid splashes from tiny foods.
Place a container under the cone holder (5) to collect the grated or sliced foods. Use a fairly large
container to avoid splattering.
Plug in the appliance.
Press the On/Off button (3) to start using the appliance. To run the appliance continuously, hold this
button down.
ATTENTION: Do not use continuously more than 2 minutes and operating breaks must last at
least 2 minutes. No more than 5 cycles before an about 20 minutes break.
Insert the food through the feed tube (2) and push the food down using the pusher (1)
To remove or change the cone, release the on/off button (3) and unplug the appliance. Remove the
splash guard (6). Remove the cone from the drive by turning it a quarter to the right.
Attention :
Be sure to position the pusher (1) into the feed tube (2) as shown on the side picture
to avoid damaging them.
The ingredients you use must be firm to get satisfactory results and avoid
accumulation of food in the cone holder (5).
Cut the food to make it easier to feed through the feed tube (2) from the cone holder
(5).
Do not use the appliance to grate or slice food that is too hard or frozen or pieces of
meat.
ADVICE FOR CARE & STORAGE
Always unplug the appliance and wait for its complete stop before dismantling it.
Never immerse the motor unit, its power cord or its plug in water or any other liquid. Clean them
with a soft, damp cloth.
Be very careful not to cut yourself when handling the blades since they are sharp!
Be careful not to drop water inside the motor unit.
Never use abrasive detergents or scouring pads for cleaning.
Wipe the external surfaces of the motor unit with a soft, clean cloth.
All the accessories can be cleaned with a soft sponge, warm water and washing up liquid. Rinse with
clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. They can also be washed in the dishwasher.

CONSIGNES DE SECURITE
1. Avant d’utiliser l’appareil, veuillez le
contrôler pour vérifier qu'il ne présente
aucun dommage apparent. Ne mettez pas
en service un appareil endommagé.
2. Cet appareil est destiné à une utilisation
domestique et non commerciale. Toute
autre utilisation ou toute utilisation allant
au-delà de celle-ci est considérée comme
non-conforme. Toute réclamation pour
cause de dommages survenus suite à une

utilisation non-conforme est exclue. Seul
l’utilisateur en assume les risques.
3. Ne pas utiliser le produit à d’autres
utilisations que celles prévues.
4. Cet appareil est conforme aux normes en
vigueur relatives à ce type de produit.
5. Vérifier que la tension du réseau
correspond bien à 220-240V.
6. Dans le cas où une rallonge est
nécessaire, utilisez une rallonge avec prise
de terre, en prenant toutes les précautions
nécessaires afin que personne ne s’y
entrave.
7. Placez l’appareil sur une surface bien
stable. Ne pas encastrer l’appareil.
8. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil à l’extérieur.
9. Gardez l’appareil et le cordon loin d’une
source de chaleur, du soleil, de l'eau, de
l'humidité, des arêtes vives, etc.
10. En aucun cas, l’appareil ne doit être
placé dans l'eau ou tout autre liquide ou

entrer en contact avec des liquides. Si
l’appareil vient à être mouillé ou humide,
retirer immédiatement la prise du courant.
11. Ne pas tirer sur le cordon, ni le coincer
dans les portes ou les coins.
12. Débranchez la prise du courant lorsque
vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil.
13. Cet appareil n’est pas un jouet, ne pas le
laisser à la portée des enfants.
14. Rangez l'appareil et ses accessoires hors
de portée des enfants. Il convient de
surveiller les enfants afin de s'assurer qu'ils
ne jouent pas avec l'appareil.
15. Ne laissez pas l'appareil sans surveillance
quand il est en marche.
16. Ne laissez pas pendre le câble
d’alimentation sur le rebord d’une table ou
d’un plan de travail et veillez à ce qu’il
n’entre pas en contact avec des surfaces
chaudes.
17. N’utilisez pas l’appareil :

de la fiche, ne tirez pas sur le câble lui-

20. N’immergez jamais l’appareil, le câble

22. Assurez-vous de débrancher l’appareil

26. Si les lames se bloquent lors du mixage,
débranchez toujours l’appareil avant de
retirer l’aliment responsable du blocage.

29. Ne faites pas fonctionner à l’appareil à
vide.
30. AVERTISSEMENT : Risques de
blessures en cas de mauvaise utilisation de

32. N’utilisez jamais des aliments hors
dimensions ou encore emballés. Retirez au
préalable tous les papiers d’emballage
susceptibles de se trouver autour des
aliments.
33. Ne mettez pas des noyaux de fruits dans
l’appareil.
34. Vérifiez que tous les cônes sont
correctement emboîtés et verrouillés avant
utilisation.
35. N’utilisez qu’un seul cône à la fois et ne
les empilez pas dans l’appareil.

36. N’introduisez jamais les aliments avec la
main. Utilisez toujours le poussoir.
37. Ne mettez pas votre main à l'intérieur de
l’appareil pendant son fonctionnement.
