AIO, Air Injection Oxidizing Filter System
Media Fill & Startup Instructions
STEP 1: Remove Head from Fiberglass Tank.
STEP 2: Cover center drop pipe inside fiberglass tank
with plastic cover, or with adhesive tape. Use enclosed
funnel for filling fiberglass tank.
Tip: If you don’t have a cap to cover the pipe, duct
tape works. Just remember to take it off when done.
STEP 3: Fill all enclosed Katalox Media into
fiberglass tank.
Tip: Transfer media into a plastic pail or bucket to
make dumping media much easier into funnel.

STEP 4: Install water inlet flow diverter cone onto
center drop pipe with the smaller end of the cone to
the top of the fiberglass tank.

STEP 5: Install Head onto fiberglass tank.
STEP 6: Thread together elbow hose barb fitting,
flow restrictor and brass drain connector onto back of
Head using PTFE thread sealing tape at joints.
Tip: You can remove the brass drain connection from
the head by pulling the retaining clip up and out first.
STEP 7: Connect flexible hose to barb on drain
assembly. Run hose to suitable drain.
Tip: Be sure to install hose clamps on drain hose and
fasten securely, as air and water is expelled from the
drain during a normal regeneration cycle.

STEP 8: Position fiberglass tank where it will remain.
Connect Inlet and Outlet connections to stainless steel
bypass assembly. Be sure to install according to
direction of flow arrows. Leave black handle of bypass
pointing to the side to keep the unit in bypass.

STEP 9: Plug the AIO unit into a wall outlet to power
it.
STEP 10: Set current time of day on unit. Hold Up or
Down arrow until current time of day is displayed.
Adjust with Up or Down arrow and use the Extra Cycle
Button to save settings.
STEP 11: Hold the Extra Cycle Button
Until the Display shows BW and starts to count down
time.

STEP 12: While the Display shows BW, slowly move
the black bypass handle to the back of the unit. Air will
escape the unit down the drain while this is being
opened. Put unit fully into service once you hear or see
water going down the drain.

STEP 13: Wait for unit to finish all its steps. Your
unit comes pre-programmed from the factory.
Default Time Are:
Step #1 (BW) - 14 minutes
Step #2 (BD) - 40 minutes
Step #3 (RR) - 1 minute
Default Days Between Regenerations
Day Override (DO) - 3 Days
STEP 14: Congratulations! Enjoy your new AIO
System. Your system is meant to be maintenance free
and should last you for many years of trouble-free
operation.

Warranty Information
1 Year - 100% Covered for any leaks due to manufacturer’s defects from anywhere on the entire AIO system.
All media is guaranteed to perform within advertised specifications, see www.servapure.com for specific
and current system specifications an operation parameters. If you have any concerns of your water possibly
not being able to meet design parameters for the AIO system, you can contact Serv-A-Pure Company for a
no-cost water test to be sure your water is compatible with the AIO system.
2 Years - Leaks and/or defects on any parts on control valve head. This is everything included with the
original AIO system that is located above the media tank.
10 Years - Any leaks or defects affecting the operation of the AIO system of the fiberglass wrapped media
tank. This does not include misuse or abuse.
File A Claim - Contact us at [email protected] or call 1-800-338-4905 with detailed information
about the problem you are having and you may be asked to provide additional information or pictures to be
verified.
Not Covered - Installation or labor to perform replacement work is not covered under this warranty. This
warranty also only covers the original equipment purchased from Serv-A-Pure Company, and does not
incidental or consequential damages to unrelated items. Damage resulting from negligence, abuse,
modification, natural disaster, or any other result other than normal use, the way the product was designed
to be used. Damage caused due to freezing is not covered.
What Will Be Replaced - Any portion of the system causing problems that will cause the warranty claim to be
made, will be diagnosed to the portion causing the problem, and a replacement part or parts will be sent out
to the location of the original shipment at no cost to the customer. If the defective part will need to be
returned, return shipping will be at no expense to the customer.
