Anwendungsbereich
Das GFK BAUSTELLEN STATIV KOMPAKT / PRO wird zum Aufstellen von Leuchten / Strahler verwendet. Bitte beachten
Sie die Angaben zur maximalen Zuladung.Verwenden Sie das Stativ nur wie in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben. Jede
andere Verwendung oder Verwendung unter anderen Betriebsbedingungen gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß und kann zu
Personen- oder Sachschäden führen. Für Schäden, die aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung resultieren, wird keine
Haftung übernommen.
Dieses Stativ darf nur von Personen benutzt werden, die über ausreichende körperliche, sensorische und geistige Fähig-
keiten sowie über entsprechende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen. Andere Personen dürfen dieses Stativ nur be-
nutzen, wenn sie von einer Person, die für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlich ist, beaufsichtigt oder unterwiesen werden.
Ein Betrieb in korrosiver oder explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung ist nicht zulässig.
Transport und Handling
Bewahren Sie die Verpackung des Stativs auf, um das Produkt während des Transports oder der Lagerung vollständig vor
Vibrationen, Staub und Feuchtigkeit zu schützen. Verwenden Sie die Originalverpackung oder Ihr eigenes Verpackungs-
material, das für den Transport bzw. die Lagerung geeignet ist.

Vor Inbetriebnahme
VORSICHT!
Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch das Produkt auf Beschädigungen! So verringern Sie das Risiko von Unfällen erheblich.
Betrieb
VORSICHT!
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Stativsystem für das Gewicht der Leuchte bzw. des Strahlers ausgelegt ist. Für einen
sicheren Betrieb sind die Hinweise des Stativsystems unbedingt zu beachten.
Kippgefahr beim Transport unter Last
Wenn das Stativ bewegt wird, ohne dass die /der aufgesetzte Leuchte / Strahler entfernt wurde, kann das Stativ um-
kippen und Verletzungen sowie Sachschäden verursachen. Entfernen Sie die / den aufgesetzte(n) Leuchte / Strahler
bevor Sie das Stativ transportieren.
Kippgefahr auf ungeeignetem Untergrund
Wenn das Stativ auf weichem oder unebenem Untergrund aufgestellt wird, kann das Stativ umkippen und
Verletzungen wie auch Sachschäden verursachen. Stellen Sie das Stativ nur auf ebenem und festem Untergrund auf.
Kippgefahr durch Überlastung
Bei Überlastung kann das Stativ umkippen und zu Verletzungen und Sachschäden führen. Überschreiten Sie niemals
die für das Stativ angegebene maximale Tragfähigkeit.
Aufbau des Stativs
1. Stativbeine vollständig ausklappen und Stativ aufstellen. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass die Führung der Querstreben
(H) bis zum Anschlag nach unten ausgefahren ist.
2. Geländeunebenheiten sind zu berücksichtigen und können durch ein ausziehbares Stativbein (G) mittels Feststell-
schraube (F) und der Libelle (E) ausgeglichen werden (nur möglich beim GFK BAUSTELLEN STATIV PRO. Ziehen
Sie alle Feststellschrauben fest an! Die Aluminiumfüße (I) bieten darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit, das Stativ mittels
Erdnägeln gegen Umfallen zu sichern.
3. Das Stativ mithilfe des optional erhältlichen Abspann-Sets (Art.-Nr. 1410000548) über den Abspannring (A)
sichern. Zusätzlich sollte für die weitere Standfestigkeit des Stativs die FUSSPLATTE K1 (Art.-Nr. 1410000333,
1 Stück, optional erhältlich) eingesetzt werden, die auf den jeweiligen Fuß des Stativs gelegt wird.
4. Leuchte mithilfe der Bolzenaufnahme (A) mit dem Stativ-/ Mastsystem verbinden.
5. Mittels Gri der Feststellschraube (B) die Leuchte arretieren.
6. Lösen Sie die Feststellschraube(n) am Klemmelement zur Segmentabriegelung (C) und schieben Sie die
Schubstange(n) auf die gewünschte Höhe. Anschließend die Feststellschraube(n) fest anziehen.
Der Abbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
• Nicht fest angezogene(n) Feststell-/ Sicherungsschraube(n) kann / können dazu führen, dass unter der Last die
jeweilige Schubstange selbsttätig einfährt.
• Ein nicht sicherer Stand des Stativs gefährdet Personen und Material im Umkreis. Windlast oder Anstoßen können
zum Umfallen des Stativs führen.
• Halten Sie beim Lösen der Flügelschraube und Einfahren die einfahrende Schubstange immer fest. Halten Sie sich
beim Einfahren nicht unter montiertem Gerät (z.B. Scheinwerfer etc.) auf. Sobald die erste Schubstange einfährt,
verliert der Abspannsatz seine Wirkung, beachten Sie dies und treen Sie, falls nötig, vorher geeignete Maßnahmen,
um das Stativ während des Einfahrens zu sichern.

HINWEIS!
Ein Betrieb mit Leuchte ist nur bis zu einer max. Windgeschwindigkeit von 100 km/h zulässig. Vorrausgesetzt ist, dass
die Windrichtung konstant ist, Beschwerungselemente eingesetzt werden und dass es sich um einen ebenen wie festen
Untergrund handelt. Bei stärkeren Winden ist ein sicherer Betrieb nicht gewährleistet.
Reinigung und Pege
Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Kunststoteile/Metallteile keine Lösungsmittel, Alkohole oder sonstige Chemikalien.
Verwenden Sie zum Entfernen von Schmutz, Staub, Öl und Fett usw. ein weiches, trockenes und fusselfreies Tuch.
Entsorgung
Dieses Produkt darf am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht über den normalen Haushaltsabfall entsorgt wer-
den, sondern muss an einem Sammelpunkt für das Recycling von elektrischen und elektronischen Geräten
abgegeben werden. Das Symbol auf dem Produkt, der Gebrauchsanleitung oder der Verpackung weist darauf
hin.
Die Werkstoe sind gemäß ihrer Kennzeichnung wiederverwertbar. Mit der Wiederverwendung, der stoichen Verwertung
oder anderen Formen der Verwertung von Altgeräten leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Schutze unserer Umwelt. Bitte
erfragen Sie bei der Gemeindeverwaltung die zuständige Entsorgungsstelle.

Safety information
This quality product was built according to the rules of technology. This tripod was built, tested and delivered in proper
condition. To maintain this condition and to ensure safe operation, the user must follow the instructions and warnings
of the instructions for use.
WARNING!
Before each use, make sure that the tripod is in perfect condition, i. e. there is no damage to the support legs,
telescopic tubes, bracing materials or clamping devices.
Field of application
The GRP CONSTRUCTION SITE TRIPOD COMPACT / PROis used to set up luminaires / spotlights. Please note the information
on the maximum load. Only use the tripod as described in these instructions for use. Any other use or use under other operating
conditions is considered improper and may result in personal injury or damage to property. No liability is accepted for damage
resulting from improper use.
This tripod may only be used by persons who have sucient physical, sensory and mental capabilities as well as appropriate
knowledge and experience. Other persons may only use this tripod if they are supervised or instructed by a person responsible
for their safety.
Operation in a corrosive or potentially explosive environment is not permitted.
Transport and handling
Keep the packaging of the tripod to fully protect the product from vibration, dust and moisture during transport or storage.
Use the original packaging or your own packaging material suitable for transport or storage.

Before initial operation
ATTENTION!
Check before each use the product for damage! This signicantly reduces the risk of accidents.
Operation
ATTENTION!
Make sure that the tripod system is designed for the weight of the luminaire or spotlight. For safe operation, be sure
to follow the instructions of the tripod system.
Danger of tipping over during transport under load
If the tripod is moved without removing the attached luminaire/spotlight, the tripod may tip over and cause injury
and property damage. Remove the attached luminaire/spotlight before moving the tripod.
Danger of tipping over on unsuitable ground
If the tripod is placed on soft or uneven ground, the tripod may tip over and cause injury as well as property damage.
Only set up the tripod on level and rm ground.
Danger of tipping over due to overloading
If overloaded, the tripod may tip over and cause injury and property damage. Never exceed the maximum load
capacity specied for the tripod.
Assembling the tripod
1. Fold out the tripod legs completely and set up the tripod. Make sure that the guide of the cross struts (H) is extended
downwards as far as it will go.
2. Uneven terrain must be taken into account and can be compensated for by an extendable tripod leg (G) using the
locking screw (F) and the spirit level (E, only possible with the GRP CONSTRUCTION TRIPOD PRO ). Tighten all locking
screws rmly! The aluminium feet (I) also oer the possibility of securing the tripod against falling over by means of
ground pegs.
3. Secure the tripod using the optionally available bracing set (item. no. 1410000548) via the bracing ring (A). In
ad dition, for further stability of the stand, the FOOT PLATE K1 (item no. 1410000333, 1 piece, available as an
option), which is placed on the respective foot of the tripod.
4. Connect the luminaire to the tripod/mast system using the bolt receiver (A).
5. Lock the luminaire using the handle of the locking screw (B).
6. Loosen the locking screw(s) on the clamping element for segment locking (C) and push the push rod(s) to the
desired height. Then tighten the locking screw(s).
Dismantling is done in reverse order.
RISK OF INJURY!
• If the locking/securing screw(s) is (are) not tight, the respective push rod may retract automatically under the load.
• An unsafe stand of the tripod endangers persons and material in the vicinity. Wind load or impact can cause the
tripod to fall over.
• When loosening the wing screw and retracting, always hold the retracting push rod rmly. Do not stand under
mounted equipment (e.g. headlights etc.) when retracting. As soon as the rst push rod retracts, the bracing set
loses its eect, take note of this and, if necessary, take suitable measures beforehand to secure the tripod during
retraction.

INFORMATION!
Operation of the luminaire is only permitted up to a maximum wind speed of 100 km/h. The prerequisite is that the
wind direction is constant, weighting elements are used and that the ground is at and rm. Safe operation cannot be
guaranteed in stronger winds.
Cleaning and care
Do not use any solvents, alcohol or other chemicals to clean the plastic parts / metal parts.
To remove dirt, dust, oil and grease, etc., use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
Disposal
At the end of its useful life, this product must not be disposed of with normal household waste, but must be
taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. The symbol on the product,
the instructions for use or the packaging indicates this.
The materials are recyclable according to their labeling. By reusing, material recycling or other forms of
recycling old devices, you are making an important contribution to protecting our environment. Please ask the municipal
administration for the responsible disposal point.
