1.0 Unpacking Your Shaw Moisture Meters AcuLoop
Please examine the AcuLoop package for any damage or mishandling. If any damage
is evident please nofy the carrier and the Shaw Moisture Meters representave from
where this unit was purchased.

General Descripon
The SHAW AcuLoop is a 4 digit, LED, plug in display that connects directly to the
AcuDew dewpoint transmier. This plug in display is self contained, robust and
reliable. Easy to install and lightweight, the AcuLoop is easily supported on the
AcuDew dewpoint transmier body and is adjustable to 210 degrees on its stem and
360 degrees on its axis.
Output congurable in °C dewpoint, °F dewpoint, ppm(v) and ppb(v)

Align the keyed
notch on the back
of the AcuLoop with
the keyed groove on
the connecng cable
and ghten.
Finger ght only.
Gently push the
AcuLoop display on
to the AcuDew.
Turn the locking ring
clockwise to secure.

4.0 Rotang the Display on its Axis
Easy to install and lightweight, the AcuLoop is
supported on the AcuDew dewpoint transmier
body. Where the AcuDew is installed horizontally
or vercally, the AcuLoop can be rotated for
opmum viewing, 360 degrees (at four x 90
degrees increments) on its axis.

The AcuLoop can be rotated for opmum viewing, with
adjustable orientaon to 210 degrees on its stem.

PILLARS
Unscrew and remove the glass window from the indicator
unit.
Gently lever out the keyboard using a small plasc levering
tool inserted behind the PCB. Ensure that no damage is done
to the PCB or components.
Remove the two plasc blanking plugs which are ed to
two of the four locaon pillars.
Align the display PCB locaon pins with the chosen pillars.
Gently push the display back into the body of the Local
Display Unit, ensuring that the wires are not trapped.
Replace the glass cover and screw hand ght.

All Shaw Moisture Meters products are guaranteed for two years from the date
of purchase, some exclusions are as follows: removing protecve guard from any
sensor, subjecng sensor to shock or black list gases e.g. causc and acidic gases like
ammonia and chlorine, tampering with any internal electronics and applying incorrect
supply voltage to meters, subjecng to excessive ow rate, contaminants and general
misuse.
If you suspect a fault which you feel needs to be aended to under guarantee please
contact us for assistance hopefully to help fault nd and eect a remedy and if this is
not successful to give precise instrucons for the return for inspecon.
No equipment will be replaced or repaired without having been returned for
inspecon either to ourselves or an authorised distributor.
