IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Read all instructions carefully before using this unit and keep it for future reference.

2. Check the rated voltage displayed on the corresponding device before connecting the device to the
main connector.
3. Use only original manufacturer's accessories. Your warranty will be void if you use such accessories or
parts.
4. Confirm the appliance immediately if the cord is damaged and have it repaired by an expert.
5. Do not use the appliance if it has fallen, or if the appliance or its accessories appear to be
damaged. Contact the service department.
6. The device is intended for household use only and similar applications. Do not use outdoors.
7. To keep the unit dry. Never operate unattended. Keep the water level between the "Min" and
"Max" stand.
8. Circulating water can get very hot. Use kitchen taps if you want to remove something from the inside of
the appliance. Take extreme caution when moving the container with hot water..
9. This device may be used by children over 8 years of age, as well as persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities, or lack of experience and knowledge when supervised or instructed
regarding the safe use of the equipment and the resulting dangers.
10. Children are not allowed to play with the unit. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by
children, unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.
11. Keep away from children's packaging. There is a danger of suffocation.
12. Children younger than 8 years are to be kept away from the appliance and the connection cable.
13. The appliance receptacle must be removed before cleaning and the appliance plug must be dried
before reuse.
14. Burning hazard!Hot steam comes out of the steam outlet opening in the cover.Be careful when opening
the lid.
15. The device is not intended to operate with an external timer or a separate remote control system.

OPERATION
1. You should use heat-proof 3L-15L plastic or stainless steel container to heat the food using our
SL-611D.
2. Clip the SL-611Dsecurely inside the container,on the wall of the container without touching the very
bottom.
3. Fill the container with water.Fill the water container with water, using the water level indicator on
the SL-611D, the water level should be between the min and max indicated or the front of the
circulator.As Archimedes taught us, the water level will rise when you add food to the container, so don't
fill it up too high.

NOTE: As the water temperature increases, the water will begin to evaporate.
theSL-611D circulator is equipped with an alarm indicating a low water level, if the water level goes below
the min mark, the circulator will shut off.
Water level between max and min,but the Max is the most suitable level to work.
Besure the container have enough water before turnning on the appliance.
4. Connect to power.The first line display the”C”and “F”,Press the bottom on the screen more
than three seconds.Will change the℃and ℉.
Then press the power button on the screen more than three seconds .he screen is on, the current
temperature is flashing(first line).
temperature, you can use and to increase or decrease thesetting
temperature(25℃-95℃/77℉-203℉).Press the button to set timer, press set button forfirst time,
the timer for hour is flashing.you can use and toincrease or decrease the hour(00-99
hours).press the set button forsecond time, the timer for minute is flashing.you can use and to
increase or decrease the minute(00-59 minutes).
5. When the machine starts working, the indicator lights up the red light, and when the
temperature reaches the set point, the blue light will be displayed.
6.WiFi off status lights up red. Touch the and the WIFI light flashes blue rapidly. At
this time, the WIFI function is turned on.
7.Cook your food. Press the power one time to begin heating and circulating the water,
put the food into the container when the temperature arrive your setting temperature.
8.When the water temperature arrive the set temperature,The appliance will be sound "DDD
“ every three seconds. It informs you to put the foods in it.

9.When you finish the cooking. The time arrives the set time The appliance also sound
"DDD u Every three seconds It informs you to take out the food to cook .
10.Turn the appliance off. Appliance should be turned off when food is doneand when it
is not in use. Just press the power button for (3) seconds.
Troubleshooting
The SL-611D will not turn on.
Make sure that the machine is properly plugged into a grounded outlet.
Check the power cord for tears and rays. Do not use the machine if the power cord is
damage.
Make sure the power bottom is on. The Led display screen is show the information.
Make sure the water level is between the MIN and MAX show on the SL-611D.
The machine will alarm when the water level drops below the MIN required for Operation.
keep the right water level and Restart the machine.
Cleaning
With frequent use, descaling should be done every month or more often in
regions with hard water.
1: Put the appliance in a pot and fill the pot with water to the "Max" level indicated
on appliance.
2: Set the appliance temperature to 70℃or 158℉.
3: Add 5g of citric acid powder (Food grade) per liter of water used.
4: Allow the water to circulate for 20 minutes after 70℃or 158℉is reached.
5: Turn off and unplug the appliance.
6: When appliance is cool, rinse the bottom in the cold water and dry before storage.
