With its strong performance and high quality, it can bring you a lot
of convenience into your life. In order to make it provide an excellent
working function and make sure it work smoothly, please read this
manual carefully first before operation.

■ Please make sure the operator or supervisor of this product knows well of the essential
points of this manual.

Working Conditions
This product is designed to be used indoor under normal temperature. If the condition is
very severe (for example, under the caustic atmosphere; temperature is higher than40℃or
lower than 5℃), please remember to contact the supplier about this .
During the operation, the oil in pump will beseparated to the maximum extent, but it will
not be separated completely.
If the machine is use for food industry, pleaseselect some special oil which is safety to
food.
Be Cautious! It is harmful!
There will be residual oil in the air from the pump.
Long-term inhalation of such air is harmful to health.
There should be good ventilation condition in the room
using this machine.

Transportation & Store
Wooden Case Packing
If lifting device is applied during the installation of machine, please pay attention on the
center-of- gravity position of the machine.
■Please make sure the string could be attached on machine reliably and safely.
■Please hang over the spreader on the hanger which is with the safety lock.
■Please use the crane to proceed the lifting.
Before move or transit the machine, please eliminate all the oil from the pump.
Be Cautious!
Please do not walk by, stay or work
under the lift-up object.
Be Cautious! Damage Machine.
Tipping over the machine whose pump is full of oil
will make the oil enter into the chamber of pump.
When start the pump, if there is too much oil in its
chamber, it will damage the pump.
When the pump is filled with oil, please do not transit
it any more.

Store the machine in short time
■Turn off the machine, unplug it the power plug, and put away the power cord.
■Close the lid and lock it via lid lock.
■If possible, please cover it with plastic bag to avoid anti dust.
■Please keep the machine in a dry, dust-free and shockproof environment.
Store the machine in long time
Machine inside is already processed through anticorrosive treatment in factory, it is not
necessaryto use protective oil again. However, if the storage condition is severe (for
example, under the caustic atmosphere; temperature is very high or frequently changing),
then it is necessary to use oil again to keep the machine in good condition.
■Turn off the machine, unplug the power plug, and put away the power cord.
■Close the lid and lock it via lid lock.
■Please cover it with plastic bag to avoid anti dust.
■If possible, please keep the original package.
■If moving or transiting is needed, please make sure all the oil in pump is eliminated.
■Please keep the machine in a dry, dust-free and shockproof environment
Installation
Be Cautious! Damage the machine.
If below necessary conditions could not be met during
the installation, it will cause the machine damage.
Be careful to get hurt.
Please must follow with below necessary conditions
to install the machine.

Please make sure the installing environment conform the safety regulations.
■ No flammable or explosive gas surrounding.
■ Suitable temperature range: 5-40℃. If installation is need proceeding in environment
out of this range, please contact the supplier.
■Ambient pressure: standard atmospheric pressure.
■Make sure the power supply conform the standard.
■Keep the machine at an upright position when moveor transit it as tip it over will
damage the pump.
■Keep the machine in a horizontal place when use it.
Maintain a distance of 10 cm between the unit and walls or other objects for ventilation.
Keep the machine awayfromtheheat source or steaming device (such as steaming
pot, dish washing machine or stove)
■Make sure there is enough spareto change the oil and change the easy-damaged parts.
Filling oil and draining oil
Be Cautious! Damage the Machine.
No oil is in a new machine.
Pump will be damaged if it is running without oil.
Before start the machine, please ensure the pump is full of oil.
Filling theoil from other positions of pump may damage the pump.
Ensure through the oil port to fill the oil into the pump.
It will beharmful to human health with long-term effects of inhaling
the gas (that might be containing residual oil) which is expelling
from pump during the operation.
Please make sure that using the machine is in a good condition of
ventilation.

Filling oil
■Use the screw driver to open the oil window #1
■Use the spanner to open the screw cap of oil filling port
■Fill theoil to pump via theoil bottle until the oil in pump stays at 1/2~3/4
position (between MIN and MAX that displays from oil indicator)
■Screw tightly the cap and reinstall the cover of oil window#1
Draining oil
■Use the screw driver to open the oil windew#2.
■Prepare a container and put it under the oil draining port directly
■Use the spanner (which is offered by supplier) to twist off the screw cap, then
the oil starts draining.
■After all the oil is drained, screw tight the cap and reinstall the cover of oil
window#2.
When the pump is working, the pump
chamber inside will be full of oil mist
where is in high temperature and high
pressure. If the oil-filling port is open,
it might be hurt by the hot oil mist. Only
when the pump stops working, the oil
plug could be open. When the pump is
working, theoil plug must bescrewed tight.
