serviceengineers. Otherchapterscontaininstructionsforthedailyoperator.
Anymodificationsofthemachinemustbe approved bySHINI inordertoavoid
personalinjuryand damagetomachine.Weshall not beliableforanydamage

Utilizinghighefficiency vacuumblowertoproducevacuuminmaterialhopper,

hopper(5)generatethevacuum.Discharging plate(8)closed,materialsinsilo
getintothestoragehopper(5)through materialinletpipe(4)byair pressure.
When theloaderfinishesthework,highpressureblower(1)stop working,
materials(6)will drop offduetogravity.When the reed switch(7)detects
there’sno material,highpressureblower(1)will startworkingagain.Whenthe
loadercan’tsuck thematrialormaterialshortage,the buzzer(3)on controlbox(2)
will alarm.

suctioningmaterial,whenfinished,ifphotosensor(11)detectthatthereisno
materialinstoragehopper1(8),viathesolenoidvalvealternative,thehigh
pressureblower(4)startworkingagain.The machine works accordingtothis
cycle.Thebuzzer(2)oncontrolbox(1)will givean alarm whenmaterialcannot
be sucked orthereisnomaterial.
