2. Structure Characteristics andWorkingPrinciple
2.1WorkingPrinciple
Drying: based on the principleofwaterhightemperaturegasification,moisture
ofmaterialwouldbe blownawaybyhighpressureair fromblowerafterbeing
hightemperaturegasified.Apartofair withmoisturedischargesthroughfilterof
moistureoutlet; mostpartofair arerecyclableafterbeingfilteredthroughreturn
air pipe.
Conveying: suction forceofhighpressureblowermakesavacuuminside
hopperalsoproducesdifferentialpressurebetween hopperandouterspace.
Withthe common forceofdifferentialpressureandcontinuoussuction,
materialsandair mixturewillbe suckedintohopper. Due tothe filterblock of
hopper,materialswill beaccumulatedinhopperandtheair isexpelled fromair
outlet. Double-stageconveyingismainlyaccomplished byshiftingthree way
valveof suctionmachine tocontrolsuction returncircuit.
