1.General Description
Read thismanualcarefullybeforeoperationtopreventdamageofthe
machine orpersonalinjuries.
SPV-U seriesproportionalvalvemixregrind and newmaterialsinaproper
proportion,andthensendthembacktothe moldingmachinetoachievea
proportionalmixingand loadingeffect. Itfeaturesdirectlymounted on loadersor
mountedonthepipeline.Besides,itisapplicabletoEuroloadersandhasto
equipcontrolboxtoperformwhen inothersituations.

correspondingprofessionalexperience.The manualcontainsinstructionsforboth
handlingand servicing.Chapter6, whichcontainsserviceinstructionsintendedfor
serviceengineers. Otherchapterscontaininstructionsforthedailyoperator.
Anymodificationsofthemachinemustbe approved bySHINI inordertoavoid
personalinjuryand damagetomachine.Weshall not beliableforanydamage
causedbyunauthorized changeof themachine.

Shiniisexempted fromliabilityforanycosts,fees,claimsandlossescausedby

1. Anycarelessorman-madeinstallations,operation andmaintenancesupon
machineswithoutreferringtothe manualpriortomachineusing.
2. Anyincidentsbeyondhumanreasonablecontrols, whichincludeman-made
viciousordeliberatedamagesorabnormalpower,and machine faultscaused
byirresistiblenaturaldisastersincludingfire,flood,stormand earthquake.
3. Anyoperationalactionsthatarenotauthorized byShiniuponmachine,
includingaddingorreplacingaccessories, dismantling,deliveringorrepairing.
4. Employingconsumablesoroil mediathatarenotappointed byShini.

2. Structure Characteristics andWorkingPrinciple
2.1WorkingPrinciple
Aftersetthe materialloadingtimeand regrind material’sproportion,the cylinder
drivesthe conicaldiaphragmvalve1and conicaldiaphragmvalve2’sopening
and closingtimetocontrolthe proportionalnewmaterialandregrind material
enteredinthehopperwhichtoreachthepurposeofproportionalmixing.

3. Installation and Debugging
Read the instructioncarefullybeforeinstallation,mustobservetheinstallation
stepsasfollows!
WheninstallingSPV, pleaseconnecttothe compressed air tube
accordingtotherequirements.
NotesforInstallationand Positioning:
1)Machinejustcanbe mounted inverticalposition.Makesurethere’
sno
pipe,fixed structureorotherobjectsabovetheinstallinglocationandaround
the machine whichmayblock machine’sinstallation,hitobjectsorinjure
human person.
2)Foreasymaintenance, it’ssuggested toleave1mspacearound themachine.
3)Machine shouldbeplaced on water-levelsurface.Ifitneedstobe mounted
on ahighersurface(e.g.the scaffoldortheinterlayer),shouldensureits
structureandsizecouldbeartheweight and sizeofthe machine.
3.1WorkingwithSAL-U

Mount the SPV-U atmaterialinletofthehopperandlock upthe fixingscrew;
connect the materialinlet ofSPV-U tomaterialstoragetankoroutlet ofmachine
withthe steelwired plasticpipe.
PowerSupplyConnection
Connectthe1ΦAC230Vpowersupplyand groundingwiretothe SPV-U control
box.

4. Application and Operation
SAL-U(-E)orSAL-UGhasintegrated withthe SPV-U single-layercontrol
function.WhenSPV-Ucollocated withhopperloaderSAL-U(-E)orSAL-UG, if
usersjustneedsingle-layercontrolmode,pleaseaccordingtotheSAL-U(-E),
SAL-UGoperationmanualtosetthe loadingtime;ifusersneeddouble,three,
fourlayerscontrolmode,itshoulduseSPV-U originalcontrolboxtosetthe
parameter.

1second).
2.Turnoffthepowertostopthemachine.
3. Shutofftheloadingsignaltostopmixing.

1.Displayingvalue will blinkrightafterpress key,newmaterialindicator
will lighten,【F01】loadingtime(5~99secs)isavailableforsetting.Press
or keytoadjust loadingtime,andtopress or aftersetupto
confirm andsavethevalue,butitwill bounceoutautomaticallywithoutsaveif
thereisno input for5seconds.
2. Displayingvalue willblinkright afterpress key, regrind materialindicator
will blink,【F02】regrind percentage(1~99%)isadjustable.Press or
keytoadjust loadingtime,andtopress aftersetuptoconfirmand
savethe value,butit will bounceout automaticallywithout saveif thereisno
inputfor5seconds.
3.Displayingvalue willlightenrightafterpress + for3seconds,working
modeindicators will lighten,【F03】(use1,2,3,4tostand fordifferent
workingmodes).Press or keytoadjust workingmode,andtopress
or aftersetuptoconfirm andsavethe value, but it will bounceout
automaticallywithout saveifthereisno inputfor5seconds.
