FAQ
1. The mirror does not turn ON after pressing the power ON button.
ØPlease confirm the power supply is plugged into the outlet.
ØPlease confirm the power cable is connected to the AC
adapter.
ØPlease confirm the AC cable is connected to the the mirror.
ØIf you are still having trouble, please contact maintenance
support.
2. There is no response when touching/pressing the screen.
ØPlease clean the screen with the attached screen cleaning
cloth.
ØIf you are still having trouble, please contact maintenance
support.
3. Cannot connect to the internet.
ØPlease confirm the LAN cable is connected to the HUB.
ØPlease confirm the LAN connection of the mirror.
ØIf you are still having trouble, please contact maintenance
support.
4. Camera NOT working.
ØPlease confirm the mirror switch at the bottom of the side of
the mirror is ON (down).
ØIf you are still having trouble, please contact maintenance
support.
5. There is camera error during skin analysis.
ØPlease confirm the USB cable is connected to the mirror.
ØPlease confirm the USB cables are connected to the correct
location.
ØIf you are still having trouble, please contact maintenance
support.
6. LED light does not turn ON
ØPlease contact maintenance support.
7. QR code does not appear
ØThere is a possibility of cloud system failure. Please contact
maintenance support.
