DESCRIPTION
Tool Trolley with Trays is ergonomically engineered. Its easily
accessible control ring enables you to custom fit the stool height
to your body and work surface. Designed for exceptional wear and
durability, the Tool Trolley is practical for many applications. Lift
assembly allows for smooth automatic adjustment of seat height
from 17˝ – 21˝ cushions the impact when initially sitting down.
17˝ diameter tool tray base is made of steel and is epoxy powder
coated black. 3˝ diameter soft tread casters provide ease of move-
ment on hard surfaces and two casters are equipped with a manual
side brake to lock the trolley in place. Seat is microcellular
polyurethane, molded around a steel inner plate. Two removable
trays have seven compartments each for tools and parts.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not stand on seat.
• Stool must be on level surface to ensure proper stability.
• nly use stool when fully assembled.
• Periodically check fasteners and tighten securely if needed.
• Never use stool if it does not perform according to this manual.
The warranty may be void if used while in disrepair. Immediately
call and report any problems (see How to rder Repair Parts)
and always give manufacturer’s serial number information from
the label under the seat.
ASSEMBLY
1. Unpack your stool and account for all parts.
2. Insert lift assembly (Key No. 6) in center of base (Key No. 1)
and allow it to wedge firmly into place. Remove yellow plastic
cap from top of lift assembly. Do not push on button at the top!
3. Place both removable trays (Key No. 16) into tool tray base.
4. Install seat with control assembly (Key Nos. 8 and 9) by align-
ing hole on the control with the shaft of lift assembly. Push
down firmly on seat. Handle on control can be pulled up to
raise and lower seat.
5. Attach back bars to back (Key Nos. 13 and 15) using pan head
screws (Key No. 14), but do not tighten screws completely.
6. Insert back bars into left and right back bar support brackets
(Key Nos. 11 and 12) and slide bars into brackets several
inches. Secure back bars with knobs (Key No. 10). Securely
tighten all four screws to back.
7. When sitting on seat, pull up on seat handle to lower seat. To
raise seat, remove weight from seat and pull up on seat handle.
MAINTENANCE
The cylinder is permanently lubricated at the factory and needs no
further lubrication. NEVER LUBRICATE THE CYLINDER. Do not
remove clip from bottom of lift. Call for immediate assistance if clip
is missing or damaged. Clean polyurethane with soap and water.
To repair cuts in polyurethane apply a few drops of quick drying
glue in the cut and press the sides together until glue sets.
INDUSTRIAL SEATING LIMITED WARRANTY
Product is warranted against mechanical or structural failure due
to defective material or workmanship for 1 year. This warranty
lasts only so long as you own your product. If you sell or otherwise
transfer the product this warranty terminates automatically. Prod-
ucts that are damaged or made unserviceable by accidents,
abuse, misuse or are altered in anyway are not covered by this
warranty.
ShopSol reserves the right to replace or recondition at its option,
any units covered by this warranty. All return shipments require
Material Return Authorization and must be freight prepaid unless
otherwise approved in writing.
If any product covered under this warranty fails to meet the terms
of this warranty or it is in any respect broken, defective or missing
parts, please call us immediately at
1-630-785-6433. Any attempts to make unauthorized repairs will
void this warranty in every respect.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other
rights which vary from state to state, however such implied rights
are limited to a period of one year from the date of your initial pur-
chase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an im-
plied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
ShopSol will in no event be liable for incidental or consequential
damages for any amount in excess of the original purchase price.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of such damages,
so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
