DESCRIPTION
This unique creeper is designed for interior vehicle appli -
cations to properly position technician for detailed tasks
under the dash on driver or passenger sides. Height
adjustment mechanism has user friendly latch mechanism.
Height is adjustable from 15˝ to 25˝ for cars, SUVs and
trucks. Heavy-duty plywood insert on bed with removable
kneeling pad. Height adjustment assembly pivots for fold-
away storage. Optional LED light with parts storage or
parts tray accessories are available.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Creeper is shipped assembled. If purchased, mount
optional LED light kit or parts tray.
2. To install optional parts tray, turn creeper upside down
onto table or workbench and secure parts tray with two
phillips pan head screws to desired side of creeper.
ADJUST CREEPER FOR USE
1. emove clevis pin (Key No. 4) from pivot bracket assem-
bly (Key No. 2) and rotate height adjustment assembly
so it is downward away from bed. Insert clevis pin into
pivot bracket hole directly behind height adjustment bar.
2. Depress both latches and adjust assembly to desired
height. elease both latches and make sure they are
fully engaged into slots of assembly.
3. Position bed into vehicle as far as possible to properly
support creeper. Make sure creeper is level and adjust
height if needed.
WARNING: Always make sure bed is flat and properly sup-
ported in vehicle. Make sure edge of bed rests on a firm
and solid support surface. Height adjustment and angle
must be in a LOCKED position before using creeper.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not stand on creeper.
• Do not use this creeper as a stool or bench.
• Creeper must be on level surface to ensure
proper stability.
• Only use creeper when fully assembled and
adjusted properly.
• Periodically check fasteners and tighten securely
if needed.
• Never use creeper if it does not perform according
to this manual.
INDUSTRIAL SEATING LIMITED WARRANTY
Product is warranted against mechanical or structural
failure due to defective material or workmanship for 1 year.
This warranty lasts only so long as you own your product. If
you sell or otherwise transfer the product this warranty
terminates automatically. Products that are damaged or
made unserviceable by accidents, abuse, misuse or are
altered in anyway are not covered by this warranty.
ShopSol reserves the right to replace or recondition at its
option, any units covered by this warranty. All return
shipments require Material eturn Authorization and must
be freight prepaid unless otherwise approved in writing.
If any product covered under this warranty fails to meet the
terms of this warranty or it is in any respect broken,
defective or missing parts, please call us immediately at
1-630-785-6433. Any attempts to make unauthorized
repairs will void this warranty in every respect.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have
other rights which vary from state to state, however such
implied rights are limited to a period of one year from the
date of your initial purchase. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation may not apply to you.
ShopSol will in no event be liable for incidental or
consequential damages for any amount in excess of the
original purchase price. Some states do not allow exclusion
or limitation of such damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
