SHORE SIDE DOCKS
900# PWC LIFT DIRECTIONS
2welded side frames
4 12" legs
8 3/8" x 1" hex head bolt
8 3/8" square galv. Nut
Slide legs into the leg pockets at bottom of frame.
Using the sq. nut and 1" bolts, slide
nuts into the channel and tighten
leg, measure legs so frames sit level
CROSS BAR

54 1/2" cross bar
8 3/8" x 2 1/2" hex head bolt
4 3/8" x 1 1/4" hex head bolt
12 3/8" brass nylock
24 3/8" flat washer
Position frames so the offset hole on the 5' upright
faces in to the middle. Place cross bars between frames
with lifting tabs facing the rear. Position on frame aligning
with predrilled holes, insert bolts and tighten

2 2" x 1" x 36" angle brace Position angle brace with holes in the front cross bar.
2 3/8" x 2 3/4" hex head bolts Insert bolts, repeat w/ holes in the side of the front
2 3/8" x 1 3/4" hex head bolts 5' uprights. You may have to push or pull uprights
4 3/8" brass nylock to get the holes to align.

4 1/2" x 3" hex head bolt ( bottom lifting legs )
4 1/2" x 4 1/2" hex head bolt ( top lifting legs )
8 1/2" brass nylock
16 1/2" washer
Place lifting arms, offset 3/8" hole facing the front of
the lift, between lifting tabs on cross
bar and insert 1/2" x 3" bolt, start nuts.
Take lifting bed and position so the lifting tabs
are facing the 5' uprights ( front ). Pull lifting arms
up to the bed between lifting tabs and insert 1/2" x
4 1/2" thru outside of frame and thru lifting legs. When
lifting bed is assembled tighten all bolts.

PULLIES & WINCH
2 pulley block w/ 2 links Bolt pulleys w/ 2 chain links to the side of the lifting
1 pulley block w/ 3 links arms using 3/8" x 2" bolts w/ larger washers on each
2 3/8" x 3" hex head bolt side of the chain. Bolt winch on the desired side of lift
2 3/8" x 2" hex head bolt using 3/8" x 2 3/4" bolts, attach pulley w/ 3 links below
4 3/8" brass nylock winch w/ 3/8" x 3" bolt and large washer on each side
12 3/8" washer of chain. Bolt cable to opposite side w/ 3/8" x 3" bolt
1 1200# D/L winch and large washer on the outside. Feed cable thru pulleys
1 19 X 7 s.s. 3/16 cable, 15' up to the winch and attach to winch according to the
2 3/8" x 2 3/4" hex head bolt winch directions. Spin winch wheel onto winch, holding
2 3/8" brass nylock sprocket on the winch with a stop, so the wheel goes on
4 3/8" washer all the way. Insert 5/16" x 2 machine bolt w/ spacer, 8
1 24" winch wheel 5/16" washers, spring and large washer and tighten.

BUNKS
2 6' wood bunks
2 6' bunk covers Insert 3/8" x 1 1/4" bolts into trac on top of lifting bed.
8 bunk brackets Place bunk brackets over bolts and start nuts on them.
8 3/8" x 1 1/4" hex head bolts Measure frame side for bunk placement, place bunks
8 3/8" brass nylock between brackets and insert 5/16" x 3" thru predrilled
8 3/8" washers holes in the bunk. Make sure the heads of the bolts
4 5/16" x 3" machine bolts are on the inside of the lift. Slide covers over the bunks
4 5/16" brass nylock and attach w/ 12 x 3/4" s.s. screws.
