1200# PWC LIFT DIRECTIONS
LEG KIT
2 welded side frames
4 12" legs
8 3/8" x 1" hex head bolt
8 3/8" square galv. Nut
Slide legs into the leg pockets at bottom of frame.
Using the sq. nut and 1" bolts, slide
nuts into the channel and tighten
leg, measure legs so frames sit level
CROSS BAR
2 62" cross bar
8 3/8" x 2 1/2" hex head bolt
4 3/8" x 1 1/ 4" hex head bolt
12 3/8" brass nylock
20 3/8" flat washer
MAKE SURE THE TABS ON THE CROSS BAR ARE
FACING THE REAR OF THE LIFT
Position frames across from each other about 5' apart.
Slide 1 1/4" bolts into trac at each end, between the 3/8"
holes drilled in the frame. Place cross bars over the 1 1/4"
bolts and line up the holes on the side of the frame, insert
2 1/2" bolts thru holes. Tighten after all the bolts are in.

FRONT BRACE
2 2" x 1" x 36" angle brace Position angle brace with holes in the front cross bar.
4 3/8" x 2 3/4" hex head bolts Insert bolts, repeat w/ holes in the side of the front
4 3/8" brass nylock 5' uprights. You may have to push or pull uprights
8 3/8" washer to get the holes to align.
LIFTING ARMS & BED
1 lifting bed
2 lifting legs
8 white 1/2" bushings
4 1/2" x 4" hex head bolt ( bottom lifting legs )
4 1/2" x 5" hex head bolt ( top lifting legs )
8 1/2" brass nylock
16 1/2" washer
Insert black bushings into lifting arms ( 8 per )
Place lifting arms, offset 3/8" hole facing the front of
the lift, between lifting tabs on cross
bar and insert 1/2" x 4" bolt, start nuts.
Take lifting bed and position so the lifting tabs
are facing the 5' uprights ( front ). Pull lifting arms
up to the bed between lifting tabs and insert 1/2" x
5" thru outside of frame and thru lifting legs. When
lifting bed is assembled tighten all bolts.

PULLEY & WINCH
2 pulley block w/ 2 links Bolt pulleys w/ 2 chain links to the outside of the lifting
1 pulley block w/ 3 links arms using 3/8" x 3" bolts w/ larger washers on each
4 3/8" x 3" hex head bolt side of the chain. Bolt winch on the desired side of lift
4 3/8" brass nylock using 3/8" x 2 3/4" bolts, attach pulley w/ 3 links to the
12 3/8" washer outside of post 3/8"x3" bolt & large washer on each side
1 1200# D/L winch of chain. Bolt cable to opposite side w/ 3/8" x 3" bolt
1 19 X 7 s.s. 3/16 cable, 15' and large washer on the outside. Feed cable thru pulleys
2 3/8" x 2 3/4" hex head bolt up to the winch and attach to winch according to the
2 3/8" brass nylock winch directions. Spin winch wheel onto winch, holding
4 3/8" washer sprocket on the winch with a stop, so the wheel goes on
1 24" winch wheel all the way. Insert 5/16" x 2 machine bolt w/ spacer, 8
1 5/16" x 2 machine bolt 5/16" washers, spring and large washer and tighten.

BUNKS
2 6' aluminum bunks
2 6' bunk covers Insert 3/8" x 1 1/4" bolts into trac on top of lifting bed.
8 bunk brackets Place bunk brackets over bolts and start nuts on them.
8 3/8" x 1 1/4" hex head bolts Measure frame side for bunk placement, place bunks
8 3/8" brass nylock between brackets and insert 5/16" x 3" thru predrilled
8 3/8" washers holes in the bunk. Make sure the heads of the bolts
4 5/16" x 3" machine bolts are on the inside of the lift. Slide covers over the bunks
4 5/16" brass nylock and attach w/ 12 x 3/4" s.s. screws.
