3. To use the WINDBAG safely
Warning:Incorrect operation may cause serious
personal injury or death or a fire.
Caution:Incorrect operation may cause serious
personal injury or damage to the unit.
Always follow warnings and instructions.
Prohibited
(applicable to all items)
Electrical shock hazard
Perform as instructed.
Disassembly prohibited
Incorrect operation may
cause serious injury.
Electrical ground required
WARNING
Never operate the product in the explosive environment.
Do not operate in an explosive environment (a place where an explosive
gas exists/generates or may exist/generate). Explosive gases present at the
installation site can trigger an explosion and create a dangerous situation in
the event a spark is generated by motor burnout (heat seizure), by friction
caused by foreign items entered into the product, or by plugging/unplugging
of the power cord.
WARNING Do not expose to water.
The WINDBAG is not water-/drip-proof. Do not splash water on the
product or expose to rain. Water can damage the motor and cause rusting

- 2 -
WARNING
•Do not operate near flammable air nor an area with high temperatures
(over 40℃).
•Do not blow directly at people. There is a danger of foreign items
striking and causing blindness. Do not take in dusts.
•Do not insert fingers or stick-like items into the suction or exhaust ports.
Fingers or hands may be lost. Take extra caution when children are nearby.
WARNING
•Do not forcibly bend or twist the power cord.
•Do not move the main unit by pulling the power cord.
•Do not disconnect the power cord from the power outlet by pulling a section
of the cord other than the plug.
•Do not place any heavy item on the power cord.
•Do not heat the power cord.
•Do not allow for the cord to be wet by acids or alkali, oil, or water.
•Do not place the cord near sharp corners.
WARNING Do not disassemble.
Do not use after removing any parts. Disassembly by an unauthorized
or untrained person will lead not only to possibly decreased performance, but
also an accident or injury.
CAUTION
Only use to suck in air.
Acidic/alkaline gases, dust can significantly shorten the product’s lifetime.
Suction of misty air will lead to insulation failure and other consequential
malfunctions.

- 3 -
CAUTION
To prevent electric shock, make sure to use the ground wire.
When removing the electrical plug, do not touch any conductive parts.
CAUTION
If the motor operation suddenly stops, proceed according to the following
instructions.
①Turn off the power source.
②Confirm wire connections and remove any garbage and dust from the
intake side. (Do not dissemble).
③Confirm that the motor temperature has decreased.
④Reconnect power. Automatic recovery and operation will commence anew.
Overloading while operating this machine (for example, locking the
impeller), fluctuating temperatures, or changes in atmospheric pressure can
lead to fluctuations in the motor temperature. Continuing operations under
these conditions will reduce the life of the motor internal parts. Depending
on the situation, the motor may burnout, and cause a fire.
Built-in protection will protect the motor from such occurrences. The built-
in protection has a temperature sensor which, should the motor become too
hot, will stop motor operation and automatically resume operation once the
temperature has gone down.
CAUTION
If any of the following occurs, immediately unplug and cease operation.
There is a risk of fire or smoke.
•Even after the switch is on, the impeller does not turn.
•The impeller rotation slows or becomes abnormal.
•There is a burning smell.
•The motor hums, rumbles, or emits other abnormal sounds.

- 4 -
CAUTION
•Please stay aware of your surroundings and avoid any dangers.
Keep children away.
•Place and use the product on a stable and horizontal surface.
•Do not use in areas with dusts or chips.
CAUTION
•Be sure to connect to a power supply with an appropriate capacity.
•Cord extension is not recommended. Please use within the standard cord
range.
•Please confirm the power switch is already turn off before
connect/disconnect the power plug.
•Do not repeatedly turn the power switch ON and OFF within a period of
one minute. Doing so can shorten the life of the motor and switch.
•Do not block the wind flow. Blockage will cause the motor cooling fan to
break and shorten motor life.
CAUTION
Do not apply sudden temperature changes to this machine. Condensation
can cause rust, deteriorate the motor insulation performance, and affect
product life. Be extra careful in winter and cold areas.
Condensation: The phenomenon that occurs when warm air touches the
surface of a cold object (e.g.: eyeglasses, window glass) and changes the state
of water vapor to liquid water.
CAUTION
When changing the exhaust direction, the body part and the base part are
moveable. Do not touch the moving parts, as this may cause injury.

4. Inspection when unpacking
The units are shipped after careful inspection; however, be sure to check
the following points regarding your purchased WINDBAG.
・Is the product the one you ordered?
・Did any abnormalities such as breakage or deformation occur during
transportation?
・Are any accessories omitted?
Standard accessories: instruction manual and safety notices.

7. Indication label details and attachment position
(1) Model plate
Displays the product classification, rated voltage, rated frequency,
rated current, insulation class, maximum static pressure, maximum
blow volume, product model, etc.
Note 1: “Rated” means operating limits.
(2) Warning/Caution label
For safe machine use, the label indicates the most important content and
the wind discharge direction.
The contents above are displayed. Please use according to the specifications.
For the display position, refer to “Parts names” (page 6).
8. Characteristics
•Powerful wind
Suitable for local cooling and drying because of higher discharge wind speed
than electric fans.
•Adjustable discharge angle
Angle changeable up to 220°vertically.
•Safety
Equipped with a motor protection system to prevent motor burnout.
•Robust
The body is made of steel; stronger than plastic.
•Compact and lightweight
The combination of 2-pole motor and double sirocco impeller makes for
lightweight and easy carrying.
220°

11. Maintenance and inspection
(1) Care
•Be sure to remove the electric power before performing maintenance.
•Wipe off the body with a soft cloth soaked in warm water or neutral detergent,
wipe it dry with dry cloth. Do not clean with Benzine, paint thinner, Benzol,
alcohol, kerosene, alkaline detergents, polishing powder, or other such cleaners.
It will lead to paint discoloration, denaturing, or peeling.
(2) Inspection
Before using, check the cord and other parts for damage. Check for proper
functioning.
(3) Storage
Follow the instructions below when storing or turning off the machine.
•Store indoor where there is little temperature change and little warmth.
•While the WINDBAG is stopped, make sure it is unaffected by vibration or heat
from another machine.
•If the machine impeller has been stored and unused during a long period (more
than 3 months), abnormal noise due to rust or other developments may occur. It
is recommended to perform a test run every 3 months.
•We recommend covering with vinyl to protect the machine form water, oil, dust,
etc.
