installation instructions. Remove the
trans ort securing devices and kee them.
!If the a liance shows any sign of damage
or im erfection it must not be connected to
the ower su ly. If in doubt contact the
After-sales Service or the Distributor that
sold the a liance.
!A damaged ower cable
must be re laced with another s ecial
cable available from the Manufacturer's
Customer Service.

Connecting to the water supply
A pipe r standard d mestic fresh-water h se is required f r the
water supply, with a minimum pressure f 1 bar (water must fl w
at a rate f appr ximately 8 litres per minute with the tap fully
pen).
If the pressure is higher than 10 bar, a pressure reducing valve
must be inserted between the appliance and the water supply.
!Never c nnect the appliance t the mixer tap f an
unpressurized water heater. If in d ubt have c nnecti ns
made by a qualified technician.
!Caution. C nnecti ns between the appliance and the water
supply must be able t withstand the full water pressure.
Check the ring seal with the tap fully pen.
!Rem ve the filter l cated at the end f the s len id valve nly
when it needs cleaning. The ther filter, l cated at the end f
the pipe inside the plastic l cknut which screws nt tap,
sh uld be cleaned in its tube (it cann t be rem ved).
!T av id damage caused by leaks and fl ding,
the tap sh uld always be cl sed after the appliance has
c mpleted a cycle and especially during l ng absences.
!Hand-tighten the plastic h se c nnecti n l cknuts.
Appliance outlet
!Take care when fitting and c nnecting the appliance t the
water utlet system that the h se is n t bent r twisted. D
n t pull n the h se.
!If the water is discharged via a sink, ensure that the utlet
h se cann t be disl dged. Check als that the water drains
away quickly en ugh. Ensure that the sink plug is n t
preventing drainage. Risk of flooding..

Connecting to the power supply
The appliance mus only be connec ed o an
A.C. mains supply via a correc ly ins alled ear hed socke .
The vol age given on he appliance namepla e

Check ha he socke and he plug on he machine are
compa ible, ha he cables have a sufficien diame er and
ha i is ear hed correc ly.
Never use mul iple plugs, socke s or connec ors or ex ension
cables.
If using a residual curren -opera ed circui breaker, i mus
display he 7 symbol. Only his ype of pro ec ive swi ch will
ensure compliance wi h curren regula ions.
Remove he appliance plug from he socke , holding on o he
body of he plug.
In order o fulfil he safe y regula ions, he plug of he apĆ
pliance mus be accessible for he user; if his canno be
guaran eed, here mus be incorpora ed in he fixed wiring a
means for disconnec ion from he supply having a con ac
separa ion of a leas 3 mm in all poles
