INTENDED USE STATMENT
Sierra Comfort massage tables are designed and
manufactured to be used responsibly and for intended
uses only. Our tables are built specifically for
immobile/traditional massage practices and to be used
within the guidelines of all warnings and instruction
manuals. At no time should the table be used in excess
of its working weight capacity (weight of subject on
table, plus the amount of pressure being applied to the
subject). When receiving treatment, clients should
remain still with weight and body position distributed
evenly along the tabletop. Never should more than one
person be allowed on the table at once. Do not front
load one end of the table. Misuse, excessive force or
movement, and/or direct pressure may cause structural
components to fail, potentially resulting in injury to the
client and/or operator.
Prior to use of your Sierra Comfort massage table, be
certain to read and understand all instructions and
warnings. Proper setup, use, and care of your table will
prevent accidents and injury, as well as maintain the
integrity of the product. Any questions regarding your
Sierra Comfort product should be emailed directly to
our support team at support@sierracomfort.com.
In summary; Sierra Comfort concludes its products are
safe when used as intended. In no event shall Sierra
Comfort be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive,
incidental, or consequential damages to property or life
arising out of or connected with the misuse of its
products.

SAFETY & WARNING SYMBOLS
Safety and warning symbols inserted throughout the user manual are for the purpose of preventing injury or damage
to the user, client, or product. Any instructions including warnings/caution symbols require immediate attention.
1. Prior to use, thoroughly inspect all areas of the massage table and included accessories for any
manufacturing flaws/defects; including, but not limited to, the table frame, support cables, hardware, and the
alignment/security of all components.
2. Prior to use, be sure that all four table legs are adjusted to the same height and secured by their adjustable
knobs. Be sure to position your table in an area having a level and firm surface so that all four feet remain
secure to the ground. The tabletop should be completely level when in position for use.
3. Prior to use, be sure to install the included safety bars by following the instructions provided in the manual.
4. When moving onto or off of the tabletop, the recipient must do so with ease towards the center of the table
where most stable.
5. When receiving treatment, the recipient should remain immobile with their weight and body position
distributed evenly along the tabletop. Our tables are designed and built specifically for traditional/immobile
massage practices.
6. Be sure there is body weight at the center of the tabletop at all times in order to avoid overloading one side
of the tabletop. Uneven and excess weight on one side of the tabletop may cause the table to lift, tilt, or
collapse.
7. Avoid any sudden and direct pressure on the tabletop. Never stand, jump, or move erratically on the
massage table.
8. Never should there be more than one person on the massage table at once.
9. Do not apply more than 400 lbs. (181 kg) of total working weight to the tabletop. NOTE; the total working
weight is equal to the weight of the subject on the table plus the weight added through downward pressure.
10. Do not apply more than 25 lbs. (11 kg) of total working weight to the face cradle.
11. Inspect your product regularly and report any malfunctions right away in order to avoid further
complications or a potential accident.

TABLE SETUP & USE
STEP 1: Place the massage table on its
side with the handle straps facing
upward.
STEP 2: Release the buckles at the end
of the table and open half-way. Remove
all included accessories from inside the
table.
STEP 3: Before each use, thoroughly
inspect all structural components that
make up the massage table. Be sure the
support cables are fully secured and not
severed or frayed. The cables should
pivot freely when positioned accordingly
and should not be overtightened or
loose. Inspect the wooden frame, table
base board, end panels, legs, leg knobs,
footings, and hardware to ensure your
table is secure and free of any defects.
STEP 4: Stand behind the massage
table and grasp both handle straps. Pull
the straps toward you so that the table
straightens and the legs release. To turn
the table upright, move around to its
opposite side; grasp one strap and place
your outside foot down onto the bottom
leg, pulling up and in on the strap until
the table turns on all four legs.

STEP 5: Once all four table legs are
positioned on the ground, push
downward on the middle of the table so
that it is level. Be certain all feet are flat
on the ground and resting on a firm and
level surface.
STEP 6: Assemble the safety support
bars one pair at a time. Push down on
the pin and slide through the opposing
bar until the pin releases through the
opening. Once linked, a single bar is
formed. Repeat these steps with the
second pair of bars.
STEP 7: With the table standing, or on
its side, unscrew the upper leg knobs on
both legs that are facing you.
STEP 8: Thread the exposed screws
through the eyelets at each end of a
single support bar.
STEP 9: Screw the leg knobs back into
place being sure that the support bar is
fully secured. Repeat steps 7 through 9
on the opposite side of the table until
setup is complete.
Be certain all feet are
resting on a firm and level
surface.

STEP 10: When moving onto or off of
the tabletop be sure to do so with ease
and towards the center of the table
where most stable.
STEP 11: When receiving treatment,
the client/patient should remain
immobile with weight and body position
distributed evenly along the tabletop.
STEP 12: Do not apply more than 400
lbs. (181 kg) of total working weight onto
the table.
STEP 13: Avoid overloading one side of
the table. Uneven and excess weight on
one side of the tabletop may cause the
table to lift, tilt, or collapse; potentially
resulting in serious injury. Always
maintain even distribution of weight
along the tabletop.
ALERT: Be sure to install the support
bars prior to use in order to avoid risk.
NOTE; the total working
weight is equal to the
weight of the subject on the
table plus the weight added
through downward pressure.

DISREGARD ANY INSTALLATIONS BELOW IF THE ACCESSORY IS NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR ITEM.

STEP 1: Place headrest face down and

tubular arms are able to pivot freely.
STEP 2: Unfold the tubular arms and
insert through the grommet rings at the
end of the table.
STEP 3: Adjust the angle of the
headrest to the desired position and then
push the lever downwards to lock into
place. Secure the face cushion to the
headrest by placing it accordingly onto
the Velcro strips.
STEP 4: If the headrest appears loose
or slips down when pressure is applied;
(1) release the lever to unlock the face
cradle, (2) turn the lever clockwise for 1-
2 rotations, (3) push the lever downward
into the locked position.

MAINTENANCE & CARE
UPHOLSTERY CARE:
Remove daily dirt and grime from the table with a mild soap and warm water solution. Dry with soft, lint-free cloth.
When disinfecting, use an isopropanol (rubbing alcohol) based hospital grade disinfectant cleaner. Be sure it is approved
for use on polyurethane vinyl before applying.
For minor stains, use a mild non-abrasive cleaner on a damp cloth. Gently wipe the surface to remove the stain and rinse
thoroughly with warm water. Dry with a soft lint-free cloth.
WOOD CARE:
The massage table is made of select hardwoods and is finished with lacquer that requires no special care. If desired, you
may polish occasionally with a quality wood care product.
STORAGE
STORAGE: When not in use, store the table in a cool and dry area away from direct sunlight. Do not expose the table to
extreme temperatures or moisture.
