How to transfer a call

When in a call, press the options button.
Press OK, when transfer is highlighted.
Type the number, or extension, of the
person you need to transfer the call to.
Press the green telephone button. This will
perform a warm transfer.
When you have told the person who is on
the phone, end the call using the red
telephone button.
The call will then be transferred.
To transfer a call:

When in a call, press the options button.
Press OK, when hold is highlighted.
The caller will then be placed on hold.
To resume the call, press the resume
button.
To put somebody on hold:

Press OK, when conference is highlighted.
Type the number, or extension, of the
person you to add to the call.
Press the green telephone button. This
will then create a conference call.

When on the home screen, press the DND
tab.
Press OK when your number is
highlighted.
You will then be on Do Not Disturb.
To turn on Do Not Disturb:
