1. Screw the threaded end of each pipe leg into one of the couplers on the under-side of stand’s base.
Channellock pliers may be used to tighten the legs.

2. Place the CubeTainer onto the newly assembled stand as shown.
3. Attach the provided ratchet strap as shown to prevent the tank from tipping.

4. Unbox the pump package components and gather the required tools.

5. Attach the tank bracket to the CubeTainer’s left side using the provided tank bracket hardware kit
[34702275]. Leave the bolts somewhat loose until you have them all started and then fully tighten all
bolts.
6. Attach the reel bracket to the CubeTainer’s right side using the reel bracket hardware kit [34702277].

7. Attach the pump bracket to the CubeTainer’s left side using the provided pump bracket hardware kit
[34702276].
8. Reconfigure the hose reel using a hex key so that the hose will exit towards the tank’s front.

9. Attach the hose reel to the reel bracket using the provided reel hardware kit [34702278].
10. Fasten the pump’s mounting nut onto the pump bracket.

11. Insert the pump through the mounting nut and tighten the compression nut as shown.
12. Connect the hose reel to the pump using the provided 1/2” hose, reducer bushing, and swivel 90°.

13. Pop out the protective plug from the bottom of the pump and attach the 3/4” NPT barbed nipple.
14. Remove the 1” NPT plug from the bottom left corner of the tank’s left side.

15. Attach the ball valve, barbed elbow, and 1” nipple to the insert while making sure to point the nipple
backward towards the back of the tank.
16. Measure, cut, and install a section of 1” hose between the two barbed nipples using two hose clamps.
Use the pump’s vertical adjustment to make hose installation easier.
