SX-PCEAC2 Hardware Installation Instructions for NVIDIA Jetson Nano
Introduction
The purpose of this document is to provide instructions to install the silex’s SX-
PCEAC2 Wireless LAN Module, the SX-PCEAC2-M2, into Jetson Nano-EVK (from a
hardware installation perspective).
What you will need?
•SX-PCEAC2-M2-SP
•NVIDIA's Jetson Nano 2 GB Developer Kit
Setup the Hardware
1. After unboxing the Jetson Nano, please remove the heat sink by unscrewing the two screws shown
in the image below. The M.2 slot is underneath the heat sink.

2. Insert the SX-PCEAC2-M2 module in the M.2 slot shown below. You can screw the SX-PCEAC2-
M2 into the platform for secure hold. You can put the heat sink back after the module installation.

3. To add the SD card that has the software image needed for evaluation, please inset it into the SD
card slot at the back of the Jetson Nano board. See below.
For more details on the creation of the SD card please refer to the app note below (also available
on Silex website).
