IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Read these saleguards caretully berore using this product!
When using electrical appliances, basic salety precaulions should always be
followed including the following:
. NOT FOR USE BY CHILDREN! Keep out ol the reach of children to avoid
injury. This appliance is not a toy.
. Consult your physician before giving fresh juice to children, especially infants.
. Be sure to turn to OFF position after each use of your juicer
. Make sure the lid is attached properly and securely locked before operating the
Power Juicer.
. Do not unfasten the locking bar during operalion.
. To avoid risk of injury keep hands and utensils out of the juicer and away from
ils sharp blade during operation.
. Use the pusher, not fingers or utensils, to propel the food into the juicer.
. Should lood become lodged in the opening use pusher to push it down. lf lood
remains stuck, turn tho power off, wait until motor stops, unit shuts down
completely, and is unplugged betore disassembling the juicer and removing the
blocked food.
. Make sure the motor stops completely and the unit is unplugged from the
electrical outlet before cleaning, putting on or removing parts.
. To protect against risk of eleclrical shock or injury, never immerse power cord,
plug, or main unit in water, or other liquids.
. lf iuicer stops due to improper operation or if there is excessivo noise, turn
power off, wait for blade to stop spinning, unplug from electrical outlet,
disassamble and clean all components then reassemble machine.
. Do not use outdoors.
'Do not operate this or any appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
'Do not operate if appliance malfunctions, is dropped or damaged in any
manner. Let a qualitied appliance repair person examine and or repair appliance
belore using.
. To avbid electric shock or serious injury do not use any attachments that were
not recommended or sold by the manutacturer.
. Do not let power cord hang over the edge ol table, counler, or let cdrd louch
hot surfaces such as stoves.
. To reduce the risk of iniury, never place blade on base without Properly
assembling the unit.
. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is widei thil the other).
. To reduce the risk ol electric shock, this plug will tit.in a polarized outlet only
one way. lf the plug does not lit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug- ll it still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modiry or force the plug in any way.
. The motor will not run if unit is not properly assembled. The motor has a built-
in safety teature that will not let the power turn on unless the locking bar is
locked in place.
ADDITIONAL SAFEGUARDS
The Power Juicer has a thermal cut-off salety feature. lf the unit accidentally
overheats, it will stop working temporarily until the Power Juicer cools down.
Alterwards, the unit will continue to work again normally.
ln the event the Power Juicer is jammed the motor may shut down. lf this occurs
the juicer should be shut oll and unplugged. The unit should be thoroughly
cleaned to remove the obstruction.
The thermal cut-off safety feature is designed to shut ofi the molor when it over
heats.
Please use extreme caution when handling the Power Juicer blade as the blades
are very sharp.
Always turn power off to the Power Juicer immediately and remove power cord
from electrical outlet before disassembling to clean due to any rood obstruction.

1. Place receptacle on the base, with juicer spout facing
direction of locking bar. Settle receptacle into alignment.
2. Place filter inside receptacle, matching the opening on its
bottom to the screw peg connected to the base,
3. Place lid attached on top of receptacle, making certain il
is snugly aligned with the pulp guard facing in the opposite
directlon of the juice spout.
4. Lock the lid into placo by lilting locking bar up untit it
clicks into grooves located on both sides ol the lid. Make
sure locking bar is in the lull upright locked position. The
unit will not start until this bar is properly locked in place.

5. Place pulp collector under the pulp outlet.
6. lnsert pusher into chute. Always use pusher to feed fruits
and vegetables into unit. Push gently never force. The blade
will do the work.

. Turn off the power switch and wait until the motor completely stops.
. With dry hands, unplug the power cord from electrical ouilet.
. Disassemble the machine.
. Wipe base with a soft damp cloth or sponge. Do not submerge base in water.

. Do not spray with water or any other liquid. Base is not dishwasher sale.'
- we recommend washing the pusher by hand in warm soapy water. Due to
temperature dilferences in dishwashers il you choose to wash the pusher in the
dishwasher, place it on top rack only.
- Clean all other parts in warm, soapy water. A mild detergent is recommended.
Binse well and dry thoroughly. All components are dishwasher safe with the
exception of the base. Do not use in European lmport or a commercial
dishwasher.
. To clean the filter and blade, hold them under warm running water. Use a soft-
bristled dish washing brush gently to completely clean pulp from tilter. Rinse the
liller from the outside under running water.
. Dry components thoroughly then assemble the machine and turn the power on
to spin out any excess water.
. Make sure unit and parts are completely dry then store in a cool, dry place.

Use caution when handling blade as blades are very sharp.

. Do not torce food into the juicer. Allow food to pass through slowly and steadily
using the pusher. You do not need to apply pressure unless the juicer starts to

Problem Possible Beasons and Solution

. Any fruit or vegetable that will lit the chute can be put through whole. The only
time it is necessary to cut is when something is too large. Then it should be cut
inlo large enough pieces to fit in the chute. Do nol cut pieces too small.
. Remove large pits such as peach, mango, etc. As they will damage the blade
and possibly the unit. Before juicing cherries we recommend you remove the pits
using a cherry pitter.
. Cleaning can be made easy by placing a plastic bag inside the pulp collector
conlainer. Wheh you are done juicing, the bag can be lilted out and disposed of
easily leaving the pulp collector easier to clean-
. Let the Power Juicer run Ior a few minutes before turning off to allow any
excess juice to be extracted from the pulp. Once turned off it is quite normal for
the iuicer to spin for a minute or so due to the very line precision balancing of
this appliance. Wait until it is done spinning before disassembling.
. Oo not use bananas or avocados as they do not contain juice and will clog
machine. Add them separately in a blender.
'We do not recommend using overripe lruit as it will leave too much pulp in the
tilter and clog the machine.
. Do not pour liquids into the machine at any time.

Beachtung
l. Vor dem Gebrauch muss man die Obstpresse auf die ebene Flache legen und
sie nach der Gebrauchsanleitung bedienen.
2- Vor der Entsaftung muss man feststellen, dass das Entsaftungsnetz und der
Drehsockel an richtiger Stelle stehen, die Entsaftungsnetzklinge mit dem
transparenten Deckel nicht in enger Beriihrung kommt. Nachdem der
transparente Deckel zugemacht und die Schnalle festgemacht worden ist, kann
man den Enlsafter dann in Gang setzen.
3. Ein leichter Beigeschmack und Funke kommt vor dem Gebrauch beim Betrieb
ttes Elektromotors vor, dies ist eine normale Erscheinung, die nach einiger Zeit
verschwinden wird.
4. Bei der Entsaftung muss man R0cksicht auf den Mittelsockel und Trestereimer
nehmen und prufen, ob Trester und Saft darin zu voll sind. Wenn es voll ist,
muss man den Strom ausschalten und die Maschine nach der Reinigung wieder
benutzen.
5. Beim Gebrauch darf man den Deckel nicht aufmachen. Wenn der Strom nicht
ausgeschalten wird, ist es verboten, Hand oder andere GefaBe in den Eingang
zu legen. Damit sind Unfalle und Beschadigungen der Maschine zu vermeiden.
6. Um die Lebensdauer des Entsafters zu verlangern, wird eine
Schutzeinrichtung im Elektromotor gegen die Ubertemperatur eingebaut. Wenn
der Elektromotor langzeitig oder Uberlastet lauft und die Alarmtemperatur
Ubertroffen ist, ist der Strom automatisch auszuschalten. Danach soll man den
Stecker ausziehen und die Obstpresse nach der Kiihlung (Etwa 30 Minuten ) des
Elektromotors gebrauchen.
7. Alle Einzelteile dtirfen nicht in der Sterilisationsanlage der hohen Temperatur
desinfiziert oder im Topf abgekocht.
8. Beim Gebrauch muss man die Obstpresse nicht verlassen; es ist untersagt,
Kinder die Obstpresse bedienen zu tassen.
9. Die Obstpresse darf nicht mit dem Flugzeug transportiert oder oberlastet
benutzt werden.
1 0. Nach dem Gebrauch muss man den Stecker ausziehen.
1 1 . Wegen der Scharfe der Klinge muss man die Klinge unler den Wasserhahn
legen und reinigen, es ist untersagt, sie direkt mit der Hand zu reinigen, um
Gefahr zu vermeiden.
1 2. Die Obstpresse darf nicht zum anderen Zweck als zur Entsafrung benutzt
werden.
1 3. Wenn das Entsaftungsnetz beschadigt ist, darf man andere GefaBe nicht
verwenden.
1 3. Wenn das biegsame Stromkabel beschedigt ist, miissen professionelle
Wartungsarbeiter der Herstellungsfabrik oder Reparaturabteilung das Kabel zur
Vermeidung der Gefahr wechseln.
14. Behinderte Leute, die korperliche Schwache, Wahrnehmungsstarungen oder
physische Defekte haben, (samt den Kindern), dUrfen die Obstpresse nicht
benutzen. Wenn jemand sie anleitet oder ihnen dabei hilfl und for ihre
Geborgenheit verantwortlich ist, dtirfen sie die Obstpresse dann benutzen.
Kinder sollen die Maschine unter der Aufsicht nicht berohren und spielen.
1 5. Wenn Pannen auftauchen, darf man dieses Gerat nicht selbst umbauen und
abmontieren, soll sondern Kontakt mit unserer Wartungsabteilung oder unserem
Kundendienst aufnehmen.
16. Der Entsafter arbeitet ununterbrochen, der Betrieb dauert zuvor weniger als
eine Minute, nach zwei Minuten geht der Betrieb weiter.

'Der Entsafter hat drei Gange, und zwar 0, l, ll, 0 ist Aufh<jren, I ist Schwach, ll
ist Stark. Bei der Entsaftung von Gurke und Wassermelone benutzt man l, bei
der Entsaftung von Apfel und Karotte benutzt man ll.
'Yvenn Obst einen relativ groBen Kern wie Pfirsich, Aprikose, Pflaume und
Kirsche, muss das Obst zuvor gepellt werden. Wenn Obstschale von
Wassermelone, Hami - Melone und Mango zu dick oder nicht essbar isl, muss
das Obst zuvor geschalt werden.
'Um mehr Saft zu bekommen, darf man nicht mit dem Druck von mehr als 1 kg
drtcken.

Punkte zur Beachtung
1. N,lit dem bei der Entsaftung entstandenen Anthozyan von Ob6l und Gemose
werden Kunststoffteile der Maschine vermutlich gefarbt werden, was nomal ist
und keinen EinfluB auf die Benutzung hat.
2. Nach der Fertigstellung soll der Entsafter sofort gereinigt werd€n- Alle
Einzelteile (ausschlieBlich des Hauptapparatsockels ) soll man mit snfrem Tuch
und Waschmittel reinigen und dann trocknen; Die Metallbocte ist untecagt,
damit die Beschadigung der Maschinenoberflache zu vemeiden ist
3. Der Hauptapparatsockel soll mit nassem Tuch gereinigl uerden, ihn im
Wasser zu reinigen ist verboten.
4. Bei der Lagerung muss man sichern, dass alle Einzelteile getroctnet sind.
Lagern Sie sie an sauberen und trockenen Orten!
5. Seien Sie vorsichtig bei Abbau, Einbau oder Reinigung d6
Entsaftungsnetzes, damit Beschadigungen der Klinge oder Hand vemieden
werden!
Hinweis
Um einen richtigen Betrieb der Obstpresse und einen guten Entsaftungseffekt zu
sichern, soll der Benutzer das Entsaftungsnetz an richtiger Stelle einbauen und
es mit zwei Handen in gleichmeBiger Kraft nach unten dr0cken (Siehe Bild 1), bis
es klackt und das Netz merklich unter dem Mittelsockel (Siehe Bild 2) liegt. Da
bedeutet es einen erfolgreichen Einbau; wenn es nicht klackt und das NeE nacht
merklich unter dem l\rittelsockel liegt, muss man es nochmals einbauen.

Um einen richtigen Betrieb der Obstpresse und einen guten Entsaftungseffekt zu
sichern, soll der Benutzer den transparenten Deckel mit der Schnalle nach der
Richtung des Pfeils zuschnallen. Wenn sich die Schnalle richtig an der
Klemmstelle der Schnalle befindet, bedeutet es einen erfolgreichen Einbau
(Siehe Bild 1 ); wenn nicht, muss man sie nochmals einbauen.

1. Avant I'usage, il faut le mettre sur un comptoir lisse et le manipuler selon les
notices.
2. Avant le foulage, il faut v6rifier si le reseau de jus et le socle esl a leur place,
et si les couteaux du reseau de jus touchent le bouchon transparent, on ne peut
pas l'utiliser autrement qu'on le ferme et boucle le.ioignant.
3. Quand le moteur fonctionne, il produira des odeurs particulieres et des
6tincelles, comme le moteur est a la p6riode de rodage , c'est normal, car aprds
une periode de temps, ce phenomdne disparait.
4. Quand on presse du jus, il faut faire attention au milieu socle pour vdrifier si
les s6diments du fruit et le jus sonl trop, si les derniers sont trop, il faut couper
l'6lectricite pour le nettoyer.
5. Au cours de l'usage, n'ouvrez pas le bouchon. Quand l'alimentation n'est pas
coup6, il ne faut pas mettre les mains ou d'autres choses a l'entr6e de l'appareil,
sinon, il causera des accidents ou d6truira l'appareil.
6. Pour prolonger l'esp6rance de vie d I'appareil, on a install6 un dispositif de
protection sur le moteur, au cas ol) le moteur fonctionnerait pour trop longtemps
ou de chargement, la temperature depasse celle d'alerte, I'alimentation coupe
automatiquement. Quand le moteur ne travail plus, il faut d6brancher la fiche et
l'utiliser de nouveau (3Ominutes plus tard) quand le moteur refroidit.
7. Ne le d6sinfecter pas en le mettant dans 6tuve ou le cuisant dans un pot

enfants de l'operer.
