Assembly Instrucons
These assembly instrucons are only applicable to
Item No OC3384SD, OC3390SD, OC3396SD
General Instrucons:
Carefully read the instrucons before starng the in-
stallaon.
During assembly, please follow all generally accepted
safety procedures.

Assembly Instrucons
Prior to assembly, please make sure you have (1) Face Frame box,
(1) Carcass box, and (1) Drawer Box, which will have all the parts in
the quanes menoned below. If you are missing any part, please
stop and nofy your sales team member.
The following is the list of all items contained in this box:

Instrucons
1. Place the face frame (A) face down on a at
working surface to ensure that the face is not
scratched or damaged (Figure 1)
2. Installing the side panels: (Figure 2) Insert right and
le side panels (B) into the groovese of the face frame
(A) and align the cam lock connectors (Figure 2). Lock
the cam with a screwdriver by turning the screw 180 de-
grees clockwise (Figure 4)
3. Installing the top & boom panel (Figure 3) Gently spread
the side panels and insert the boom & top into the
grooves of the side panel (B) unl it touches the face frame
(A) . Align it and lock each cam.

4. Installing the Back Panel & Toe Kick: (Figure 5) Before
you start this step put the back panel ( E) on a at sur-
face facing upward. Install the drawer rail holders (L) in
the pre-drilled area on the back panel (Figure 6) The
opening of the holders should be facing towards each
other. Secure them with (2) rounded head screws.
(Figure 6) Then put the back panel ( E) at rear of side
panel. (B) Align and lock each cam lock. Install the Toe
Kick (G) by locking the cam lock at both ends.

5. Installing the Drawer Slide Rails (Figure 7) Insert
the drawer slide rail backed into the holder previ-
ously installed. (Step 4) on the back panel. Then
secure the drawer front rail end with 1/2” screws
using the pre-drilled holes in the face frame.
(Repeat this step for addional drawers)
6. Drawer Assembly (Figure 8) Place the drawer
front (H) face down on a at surface, install the
assembled drawer box (I) to the drawer front
(H) using 1” at head screws. (Repeat this step
for addional drawers.

Maintenance
For daily cleaning, use a dry cloth with a so liquid cleanser.
Never use abrasive cleaners containing acetone, chlorine or strong bleach.
Also, do not use tools such as scrapers, metallic brushes, and other products
that can scratch or tarnish surfaces.
Under no circumstances should you use a chrome cleaner or chrome-plated
or brass trim, hinges, handles, sockets, etc.
Good venlaon is essenal to maintain the quality and appearance of the
cabinets. .
