Gather the following:

Gather the following:
Caster/Wheel to Outrigger Assembly:
4 qty. - Outriggers
4 Casters with bolts, washers, and nuts
Remove each bolt, washer and nut from
each caster and place accordingly. You will
need one of each to complete the assembly.
Next gather an one outrigger and place
the caster in line with the outter hole of
the outrigger.
The correct hole should be closest to the
end which is capped off.
Insert the bolt from the previous step through
the top of the outrigger and caster.
Re apply the washer rst then the nut from
the rst step and tighten using proper tooling
to secure the caster to the outrigger.
Once this is done reapeat the step three
more times for the remaining casters and
outriggers. Once done proceed to the next
stage of the assembly process.

Tools Required for Post Assembly:
Tilt Mounts:
The tilt mount portion of a portable cart is provided in a separate box
labeled “PTM” and is size specic. See below for the appropriate sizes.

Gather the following:
Base Plate Assembly:
4 qty. - Outriggers
Base Plate
Remove the bolts, washers and nuts
from the four outriggers as shown.
Align the holes on outriggers with
the indicated holes on the base plate
as shown.

With the outriggers underneath the base plate, reinsert the same bolts
through the base plate, and into the outriggers. Place the at washers and
nylock nuts back onto the bolts and hand tighten.
With outriggers in place, tight-
en down all nuts by placing
the ratchet on the nut side
with the Allen wrench on the
other.
The base plate is complete when all four (4) outriggers are securely
attached and tightened.

Slide bottom of post over the
sleeve that is found towards the
back of the mounting plate.
Locate the post lock handle
hole on the side of the post.
Thread the handle into
the hole.
Do not tighten completely
until post is in the preferred
viewing position.

1. Previously assembled post:
Deck Post, In-ground Post, or
Portable Cart
2. 2- U-Bolts - (4) Flat Washers,
(4) Lock Washers,
(4) Powder Coated Nuts
3. 2- U-Bolt Saddles
4. 4 - Rubber Bolt Caps
5. Appropriately sized tilt mount

U-Bolts and
Mounting Plate Assembly:
U-Bolts should be hooked around the post and through the holes on the
U-Bolt Saddles. These should be positioned near the upper cable entry
hole.
With U-Bolts and saddles in place,
slide mounting plate over the U-bolt
ends.

1. With U-bolts threaded through the mounting plates, place
stainless steel at washers over the bolt ends.
2. Place stainless steel lock washers over bolt ends.
3. Thread black powder coated nuts over bolt ends and hand tighten.
See figure 3a for suggested mounting plate placement.
4. Once positioned, level and tighten all U-bolt nuts on mounting
plate.
5. Place rubber bolt caps over exposed bolt ends

Gather the following:
1. Slide the M6 bolt through the hole on the Control Arm
2. Place the ABS washer on the thread side of the bolt.
3. Place the lock washer on the thread side of the bolt.
4. Place then twist the knob on to the bolt.
Do not tighten all the way this will control the amount of tilt the television
has once it is put on the wall bracket.

Lay television down, viewing side down on blanket.
Lay blanket down on at sturdy
surface. Run hand over sur-
face to make sure there are no
sharp object or protrusions,
when the television is laying
down.

Assembly Manual- Post Tilt Mount
Remove and set aside the 4 screws and washers as indicated with
the red circles.
Align holes of the mounting arms with the holes on the back of the
television. Reinsert the screws and washers from previous step and
tighten securely.
