RHINO HAMMER TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Problem: Loss of power, leaking air, or hammers slow and hard
Possible Cause and Correction:
1) Check all screws to make sure they are tight
2) Verify that the TIP is tightly threaded to the STEM. If loose, reassemble
according to instructions.
3) If TIP is not loose it will be necessary to disassemble and inspect all
orings for possible damage. Carefully remove the two -212 orings from the
inside of the VALVE. Reassemble with white lithium grease or Super Lube
on orings
Replacement O-Ring Kit
67015 – Replacement O-Ring Kit
Lubricate before use with a few drops of 6-10 weight non-detergent air tool oil.
If cleaning solvents are used they must be compatible with rubber and
polyurethane.
Warranty
Structural components are covered for 90 days from ship date. Sealing elements
and 66128 Tip excluded. No coverage for improper handling.
