PROFILE

INFLATE
Attach boom to end caps before inflating. Open neoprene
valve cover and unscrew inflation valve cap. Attach pump
hose (sold separately) onto inflation valve and pump to
indicated PSI. Squeeze one-pump clip to separate leading
edge and strut bladders.

ATTACHMENT
If using a wing that is 4.5m or
larger, you will need to use the
leash with wrist cu and the
30cm extension. If using a wing
that is smaller than 4.5m attach
leash with wrist cu directly to
nose attachment.
If your nose attachment does
not have a knot, slide extension
through nose loop. Then slide
one end of rope extension
through the other.

If your nose attachment has a
knot, create a Larks head knot
on one end of the pigtail and
slide over the nose attachment.
Slide leash loop through free end
of the rope extension and then
slide wrist cu through loop.

BOOM SETUP
SMALL WING SETUP
SIZES | 2.5 - 3.0 - 3.5 - 4.0
Use only the main section, no
extension needed.

LARGER WING SETUP
SIZES | 4.5 - 5.0 - 5.5 - 6.5 - 7.5
Use the main section and
the 500mm extension.

1. Loop the center webbing around
the boom and connect the g-hook to
the strut.
TENSION WEBBING SETUP
A. CENTER WEBBING CONNECTION

In overpowered / windy conditions,
increasing the tension on the center
webbing will flatten the profile
and increase the wing’s high wind
performance.
In light to regular wind, set the center
webbing with a slight tension.
B. REGULAR WIND SETTING
C. OVERPOWERED SETTING

Use Boom to power the wing and control wingtip roll.
CONTROL

Unclip the one-pump valve, open the strut deflate valve
and unscrew the inflate valve to deflate. Once deflated,
remove boom from end caps by depressing pins. While
inflated remember to weigh it down or teather it to keep it
from flying away.
DEFLATE AND STORE
While not in use, make sure it’s dry before packing.
Use the storage bag and keep it in a cool, dry place.**

Slingshot strongly recommends using appropriate protective gear including a certified
helmet, flotation device, and wetsuit in cool water. Make sure you use properly
designed and manufactured parts from reputable suppliers. (Harnesses, helmets,
etc) Study the current conditions including, waves, tides, currents, and weather
forecasts before going riding. Become familiar with any new location by talking
to the locals and asking questions. Study the weather conditions and know your
launching and landing zones.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, CLAIM WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
AGREEMENT
By assembling this product, you are agreeing to:
1) be bound to the terms set forth below; and 2) require anyone using this product
to be bound by such terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these terms, return
this product (before use) for a full refund.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Use of this product and any of its components involves certain inherent risks,
dangers and hazards, which can result in serious personal injury and death. In
using this product you freely agree to assume and accept any and all known and
unknown risks of injury while using this equipment. The risks inherent in the sport
can be greatly reduced by abiding by the Warning Guidelines listed in this User’s
Guide and by using common sense.
BINDING EFFECT OF AGREEMENT
In the event of your death or incapacity, this Agreement shall be eective and
binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and
representatives.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
In entering into this Agreement, you are not relying upon any oral or written
representations other than what is set forth in this agreement and User’s Guide.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT
In consideration of the sale of this product to you, you hereby agree to the fullest
extent permitted by law as follows: To waive any and all claims that you have
or may in the future have against Slingshot Sports LLC resulting from use of this
product and any of its components. To release Slingshot Sports LLC from any and
all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that you or any users of this
product may suer, or that your next of kin may suer, as a result of the use of this
product, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract
on the part of Slingshot Sports in the design or manufacture of this product.
ARBITRATION
In further consideration of the sale to you of this product and any of its
components, you hereby agree to submit to binding arbitration any and all claims,
which you believe you may have against Slingshot Sports arising from the use of
any Slingshot LLC® equipment. The arbitration shall be pursuant to the rules of the
American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be commenced within one (1)
year from the date on which any alleged claim first arose. Further, the arbitration
shall be held in the state of Washington unless otherwise mutually agreed to by
all parties. The submission to the American Arbitration Association shall be limited
and the arbitration award may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
