Thank you for your SmartWatch™ purchase. We value your trust in Smart Monitor. To begin
using your SmartWatch please follow these instructions. If you need help, please call us at
1.888.334.5045 Monday through Friday between 9am – 5pm Pacic Standard Time or via

1. Open your SmartWatch box and take out the watch
a. Pull plastic protector o the face and the underside of the watch
2. Charging your SmartWatch
a. Locate and take out the wall adapter and charging cable.
b. The cable has a regular USB connector on one end and a magnetic on
the other.
c. Connect the regular USB connecter to the wall adapter.
d. Plug the black wall adapter into the wall socket
e. For the SmartWatch PW model:
• The magnetic end of the charging cable attaches to the pins
on the left side of the watch.
• When the charger is mated properly you will see a charging
symbol next to the battery icon on the top right side of the
watch.
f. For the SmartWatch PT model:
• The magnetic end of the charging cable attaches to the pins
on the back of the watch.
• When the charger is mated properly you will see a charging
icon on the watch display.
3. SmartWatch Alerts
a. Abnormal Movements - When sustained, excessive motion is detected,
the screen will display an Abnormal Motion message on the watch face
and an alert will be triggered. The SmartWatch will vibrate during this
event.
• A text message and/or phone call will be sent to designated
recipients.
• To cancel the alert, push the bottom button on the right-hand
side of the watch marked CNCL (refer to diagram on page 3)
b. Get help
• Push the Help button (middle right button) labeled HELP
(refer to diagram on page 3)
• A text message and/or phone call will be sent to designated
recipients.
• To cancel the alert, push the middle button on the right-hand
side of the watch marked CNCL. (refer to diagram on page 3)
d. Snooze
• To turn on the Snooze option, press the top button on the
right side of the watch labeled SNZ.
• To stop the Snooze option before the end of the snooze timer
duration, press the top button on the right side of the watch.
e. Connected
• When the watch is connected it will display the current day,
date and time.
f. Disconnected
• When the watch is disconnected from the phone, there will be
a warning symbol in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Shutting down your SmartWatch: Follow these steps to shut down your SmartWatch
• PW Model:
- Press the top left button of the watch for 6 seconds, this will take you to a scroll
down menu
- Select “Settings”
- Select “Shut Down”
- Press any button to turn the watch back on
• PT Model:
- Press the top left button of the watch for 6 seconds, this will take you to a scroll
down menu
- Select “Settings”
- Select “System”
- Select “Shut Down”
- Press any button to turn the watch back on

Reset your SmartWatch - follow these stepsto reset the watch into “Recovery Mode”
• PW Model:
- Press and hold down the top left button, top right button, and middle right
button of your SmartWatch for 30 seconds. Until you see “Loading”
- This will put your Smartwatch in “Recovery Mode”
- If your Smartwatch does not connect automatically to your phone, manually
connect to it through the Pebble App
- Go through the update process as you are guided on the Pebble App
- After the update process is complete you should automatically be connected to
the SmartWatch app
• PT Model:
- Press and hold down the top left button, top right button, and middle right
button of your SmartWatch for 5-10 seconds. Until you see “Pebble”
- This will put your Smartwatch in “Recovery Mode”
- If your Smartwatch does not connect automatically to your phone, manually
connect to it through the Pebble App
- Go through the update process as you are guided on the Pebble App
- After the update process is complete you should automatically be connected to
the SmartWatch app
Care of Your SmartWatch
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, steam, strong magnets and electrical elds
• Avoid submerging the SmartWatch in water
• When you get a Low Battery warning on the watch, charge it promptly
• Charge your SmartWatch daily
