Introduzione
Congratulazioni per aver acquistato SmartPACK per Matrix
SmartPACK è un innovativo Battery Pack progettato con l’unico scopo di interfacciarsi con
lo sled della linea MATRIX di SmartSystem. Tale prodotto permette di supportare accessori
per sled e di permettere l’utilizzo di batterie con standard V-Mount ® / V-LOK ® / V-Lock ®
e di connettere queste ultime alla linea di distribuzione di energia presente all’interno del
Matrix Core
E’ vietato e perseguibile l’utilizzo di tale attrezzatura con inalità
diverse da quanto previsto.

Regolazione
Completamente Tool-Free, è possibile regolare la posizione della batteria, collegata alla
piastra in dotazione, sia longitudinalmente che in modo rotativo.
Quest’ultima regolazione è di tipo indexed; esistono delle posizioni predefinite che
garantiscono il mantenimento della posizione scelta anche in presenza di batterie pesanti.
Connessioni
SmartPACK può ospitare fino a due batterie con aggancio di tipo V-Mount ® / V-LOK ® /
V-Lock ® . Interfacciandosi direttamente con il cablaggio presente nel MATRIX CORE è
possibile ottenere le seguenti connessioni:

NOTA BENE: martPACK non realizza alcuna modifica dei voltaggi
presenti ai capi delle battierie. Per questo motivo martPACK non è
da intendersi come componente ELETTRONICO
Checklist
Prima di iniziare il proprio lavoro, è consigliabile seguire la seguente checklist:
•Assicurarsi di aver installato la Vostra batteria nell’apposito alloggiamento
•Verificare che tutti i pomelli siano correttamente serrati verificando possibili giochi
della struttura
•Verificare che i connettori di alimentazione siano correttamente collegati e che le
ghiere di fissaggio siano serrate
•Controllare il fusibile a bordo del Battery Plate flottante.
Fusibili
In caso di cortocircuito accidentale, il nostro kit prevede un fusibile di sicurezza sostituibile
per ogni batteria. Qualora fosse necessaria la sostituzione, utilizzare esclusivamente
fusibili ad intervento rapido con corrente nominale non superiore a 5A.
Materiali Utilizzati
SmartPack è un prodotto fabbricato utilizzando i seguenti materiali (in varia percentuale) :
•Alluminio 6082
•Fibra di Carbonio (in caso di versione Carbon Fiber)
•Acciaio C40
•Acciaio FE360B
I materiali ed i trattamenti a cui gli stessi sono stati sottoposti per la fabbricazione sono
compatibili con la corrente normativa ROHS.
I componenti di terze parti sono certificati dai rispettivi produttori

Smaltimento
Provvedere allo smaltimento dello SmartPACK operando in conformità alle normative,
rivolgendosi agli organismi preposti e/o ad imprese specializzate nella rottamazione di
materiali metallici e/o nello smaltimento dei rifiuti.
Il nostro ufficio tecnico è a Vostra completa disposizione in caso di dubbi o chiarimenti in
merito lo smaltimento del Vostro SmartPACK.

Garanzia
La ditta SmartSystem Srl nipersonale, con sede in Via del Commercio, 22E, 61032
FANO (P ) - ITALY - Proprietaria del marchio SmartSystem e dei brand ad essa collegati,
accorda una garanzia limitata territorialmente di 24 mesi sui prodotti a partire dal giorno di
consegna al cliente finale (compratore).
Nell'ambito della garanzia verranno eliminate gratuitamente eventuali deficienze di
funzionamento imputabili a difetti di fabbricazione o di materiale.
La ditta si riserva la possibilità di decidere tra l'eventualità di eliminare il difetto oppure
consegnare un nuovo prodotto al cliente.
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere comunicati dal cliente, subito dopo l'accertamento del
difetto, dietro presentazione della scheda di garanzia, debitamente compilata, oppure a
titolo sostitutivo, del contratto di acquisto del primo compratore.
La garanzia scade dopo 24 mesi; non verrà prolungata né dalla presentazione di un
reclamo né da eventuali adempimenti a posteriori.
Dalla garanzia sono esclusi eventuali danni causati da un uso improprio e/o errato
dell'attrezzatura, da cariche statiche oppure danni meccanici.
La garanzia non ha più valore in caso di riparazioni o interventi da parte del compratore e
di terzi non autorizzati e di modifiche arbitrarie della scheda di garanzia.
Le riparazioni potranno essere effettuate solo da persone o punti espressamente
autorizzati dal costruttore stesso.
Rivolgersi sempre a centri di assistenza autorizzati
Richiedere sempre il numero di RMA prima di inviare il prodotto

Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase o Matrix Sled's SmartPACK
SmartPACK is an innovative Battery Pack designed with the purpose of interface itself with
the SmartCAM Matrix Sled made by SmartSystem. It allows to shore up sled's
accessories, to use standard V-Mount ® / V-LOK ® / V-Lock ® batteries and to connect
them to the Matrix Sled Core internal power distribution line.
It is orbidden and punishable by law the use o the equipment or
di erent purposes.

Settings
The setting of the connected battery position is completely Tool-Free and can be made
both in lengthwise and in rotary indexed way: there are several position that grant the
desired position to be mantained, independently from the batteries weight.
Connections
SmartPACK may host up to two V-Mount ® / V-LOK ® / V-Lock ® batteries.
Directly interfacing with the wiring of the Matrix Core is it possible to obtain the following
connections:

•At 24V, batteriy B can not power AUXes.

PLEA E NOTE: martPACK can't be seen as an ELECTRONIC
component since it don't make any change to the batteries endings
voltages.
Checklist
It's suitable to follow the following checklist before start working:
1. Ensure that the battery has been properly installed in the appropriate housing.
2. Check that all the knobs are properly tightened checking also every possible
structural play.
3. Check that every power supplying connecter is properly connected and that the
fixing sleeves are tightened enough.
4. Check the fuse on the floating Battery Plate's side
Fuses
In case of accidental short circuit our kit is equipped with a replaceable security fuse for
every battery. If the replacement will be necessary, use only fast-blow fuses 5A.
Materials
SmartPACK is made with the following materials (in various percentages) :
•Aluminium 6082
•Carbon Fibre
•Steel C40
•Steel FE360B
Materials and treatments to which the materials have been submitted for fabrication are
compatible with the current ROHS directive.
Third parties components have been certified from their respective manufacturers

Disposal
Dispose of Your SmartPACK in accordance with current regulations. Address to special
authorities or companies in charge of scrapping metallic materials and waste disposal.
Please, contact our technical department for any doubts or questions concerning the
disposal of your Arm.

Warranty
SmartSystem nipersonale Srl headquarter is located in Via del Commercio, 22E, 61032
FANO(P ), ITALY. Smartsystem main brand and all the other brands associated with it are
property of Smart-System Srl nipersonale.
Your SmartSystem equipment is guaranteed against any manufacturing or material defects
for 24 months from the date of delivery to the customer. Warranty will cover any
functioning issues related to manufacturing or material faults.
In this case, the company reserves the right to decide whether eliminating the defect or
providing the customer with a new product.
Any claims due to manufacturing or materials faults must be communicated by the
customer, upon presentation of the warranty card, properly completed, or of a proof of
purchase.
The warranty, which will expire after 24 months, will not be extended either by a complaint,
or by subsequent executions. Damage caused by accident, misuse, do-it-yourself repairs
or modification, repair by unauthorised service centre, static charges or mechanical
damages is not covered by the warranty.
Furthermore, warranty won't be valid neither in case the warranty card is arbitrarly
modified.
Repairs must be made only by authorized service centres.
Always request the RMA number be ore sending us the product
