naturalsgasthat, is veryenvironmentallyfriendlybut alsocombustible.When
transportingandinstallingtheunitcaremustbetaken toensurethatnoneofthe
refrigerationcircuitcomponentsbecomedamaged.Intheeventofdamageavoid
nakedflamesorignitionsourcesand ventilatetheroomin whichthe unitisplaced
forafewminutes.
Warning: Keepventilationopeningsinapplianceenclosureorinstructureforbuilding

•Donotusemechanicaldevicesorotherartificial meanstoaccelerate thedefrosting
process.
•Donotuseelectricalappliancesinthe refrigeratororfreezercompartmentofthe

Installationand Switching OnTheAppliance
•This applianceisconnectingto 220-240Vand50Hz.
•Youcanofferhelpfromtheservicetoinstall andswitchingon theappliance.
•Beforemakingtheconnectiontothepowersupply,ensurethatthe voltageonthe
nameplatecorrespondstothe voltageofelectricalsysteminyourhome.
•Ifthesocketdoesnotmatchtherefrigeratorplug,replacetheplugwithasuatible
one(atleast16A)
•Inserttheplugintoasocket with anefficient groundconnection. Ifthesockethasno
ground contact,wesuggestyoucallanelectricianforassistance.
•Manufacturerisnotresponsibleforfailuretocomplete theground connection as
describedinthisbooklet.
•Donotplacetheapplianceindirectsunlight.
•Donotuseinopenairandshall notbeexposedto therain.
•Placethe refrigeratorfar fromheat sourcesand in awell-
ventilatedposition.The refrigeratorshould be atleast50cm
fromradiators,gasorcoalstovesand5cmfarfromelectrical
stoves.
•Keep thetopfreefor at least15cm.

•Fittheplasticwallspacerstothecondenseratthebackofthe
refrigeratorinorderto prevent leaning tothewall forgood
performance.
•Theappliancemustbestandfirmlyandlevelonthe floorUse
the twofront levelling-feet to compensatefor anevenfloor.
•Theoutsideof the applianceand theaccessoriesinsideshould
becleanedwithasolution ofwaterand liquidsoap;theinside
ofthe appliancewithsodiumbicarbonatedissolvedinlukewarm
water.Afterdryingreplacealltheaccessories.
•Supply cablemustbechangetbytechnicalsupporters.

Aftertheapplianceisplugged,allsymbols will appearfor2seconds,andthenthestart-

•For freezinga largeamountoffood(toolarge tobe fittedin the Superfreezer).

5.Itenablesthesettingvalueof freezertobemodifiedandSuperFreezemodeto

Freezer maybesetto -16, -18,-20,-22,-24°C.
6.Itenablesthesettingvalueof coolerto bemodifiedandSuperCoolmodetobe
activatedifdesired.
Coolermaybesetto+2,+4, +5, +6, +8°C.
7.Itactivatesscreensaver mode.Itmustbepressedfor5secondstoactivate this
mode.Afterthescreenisbeenbrightenedbypushinganybutton ,theusercan
cancel screensavermode bypushingbottlebutton during5seconds.
8.Itactivatesholidaymode.Theexpressionwillbeilluminatedwhenitisactive.
9.Itactivateseconomical mode.The expressionwillbeilluminatedwhenitisactive.
10.AlarmandSR will lightred andaudible alarmwillbereleasedwhenanyproblem
occursinthefridge.Audible alarmwill be deactivated when pressed on
alarmbutton.Redwarninglightswillcontinuetolightup untilthe problem
is corrected/eliminated.
11.In casethemainsvoltageislow,AlarmandLVwilllight redandaudiblealarmis
released.Audiblealarmwillbe deactivated whenpressed on alarmbutton.
Redwarning lightswill gooffwhenmainsvoltageraisestheappropriatelevel.

•When "SuperCool"isactive,SCcanbere-selectedand cancelled bypressingon
button R.

•VACATIONwillstart flashing.
•Ifpressedonnobutton in 1 second, thesymbolwillflash 3 timesand a beepsound
willbereleased.
•When this mode isactive, VACATIONsymbol stays on.
•Indicatorsand bargraphicsoffreezerandcoolerwillbeoff
•Noadjustmentcan becarriedout withoutcancellingHolidayMode.
•Tocancel,youwilljust needtopresson button VACATION.
•Yourfridgewillcontinuetooperate intheprevioussettingvalues.
Economy Mode
Freezerand Cooleroperateinthe economicalconditionsthataredetermined inthecontrol
unit.
Whenwoulditbeused?
Whenyou want yourfridge to operateeconomically.
Howwoulditbeused?
•Touchbutton ECO.
•ECOwillstartflashing
•Ifpressedonnobutton in 1 second, thesymbolwillflash 3 timesand a beepsound
willbereleased.
•When this mode isactive,ECOsymbol stays on.
•-18andrelativegraphic barwillbedisplayedonFreezer
•+5andrelativegraphicbarwill bedisplayed onCooler
Duringthismode:

Whenwoulditbeused?
If you donotwanttheilluminationof controlpaneltooperate andconsumeenergyin vain
though youdonotchangeanysetting,youcanactivatethismode.
Howtouse?
•This mode will beactivated when youpress onScreen saverbutton for5seconds.
•Ifpressedonnobuttonin 5secondswhen themodeisactive,lightsofthecontrol
panelwillgo off.
•Ifyoupressanybuttonwhenlightsofthecontrolpanel areoff,thecurrentsettings
willappearonthescreen, andthenyoucan maketheadjustment asyouwant.Ifyou
neithercancelscreen savermodenor pressonanybuttonin 5 seconds,the control
panelwillgooff again.
•Afterthescreenisbeen brightened bypushing anybutton ,theusercancancel
screen savermodebypushing bottlebuttonduring5seconds.
•When screen savermodeisactive,you canalsoactivatechildlock.
•Ifyoudo notpress anybuttonfor5secondsafteractivating childlock,thelightsofthe
controlpanelwillgo off.Then,youcanviewthe previoussettingsand that child lock
symbol isactivewhen youpress anybutton,andyoucancancelchildlockasis
describedintheinstructionofthatmode.
LightCancellingMode
Whenwoulditbeused?
•Ifyou want to cancellightsoffreezer andcooler, youcan select thismode.
•PressonFreezer(F)andCooler(R)buttonssimultaneously,and open andclose
thecoolerdoor3times.The mode will beselectedin this way.Fromnowon,the
lightswill notcomeonwhenfreezer andcoolerdoorsareopened.Theoperationof
dooropening&closingfor3timesshouldbe done less than 5seconds.Otherwise,
the childlockwillbe active.
•If you wantto cancel thismode, repeat the sameprocessorthemodewill
automatically cancelitselfafter24hours.
Function ofChildLock
Whenwoulditbeused?
•Toprevent children fromplayingwiththebuttonsandchangingthesettingsyou have
made,child lockis available intheappliance.
ActivatingChildLock
•PressonFreezer(F)andCooler(R)buttonssimultaneouslyfor5seconds.
DeactivatingChildLock
•PressonFreezer(F)andCooler(R)buttonssimultaneouslyfor5seconds.
Note: Child lock will also bedeactivated ifelectricityisinterruptedorthe fridgeis
unplugged.
