Per montare il Kit Tanica sui forni ALFA135 occorre eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
1. Smontare la manopola sfilandola verso l’esterno; svitare le due viti del pannello
comandi (Fig.1);
2. Estrarre il pannello comando dal proprio alloggiamento e svitare le due viti
frontali del carter laterale (Fig. 2);
3. Svitare le restanti 3 viti del carter laterale posizionate sul retro del forno e le due
viti che fissano l’elettrovalvola (fig. 3);
4. Smontare il carter laterale sfilandolo verso l’esterno, e smontare l’elettrovalvola
svitando la fascetta metallica e sfilando il cablaggio;
5. Montare la piastrina passacavo con le due viti autofilettanti fornite nel kit, e il
supporto pompa con le due viti in dotazione al kit. Riavvitare la fascetta
metallica. Stringere le fascetta sotto la pompa per fissare meglio il tubo di
gomma e adiacente al passa-tubo per evitare che possa sfilarsi dalla pompa
(vedere disegno esploso);
6. Rimontare il tutto nella sequenza inversa.
PRIMA DI EFFETTUARE UNA COTTURA A VAPORE:
Dopo aver montato il Kit tanica prima di effettuare una cottura a vapore è bene
caricare il circuito con acqua (Questa operazione và effettuata soltanto al primo
utilizzo del nuovo sistema di caricamento).
Con forno ALFA135 tradizionale
1. Impostare una cottura a vapore a vuoto (senza cibo).
2. Al termine del preriscaldamento, ruotare la manopola comando vapore e
mantenerla ruotata.
3. Rilasciare la manopola quando l’acqua sarà immessa nel vano forno.
4. Il caricamento a questo punto è terminato è ora possibile spegnere il forno

Con forno ALFA135 elettronico
1. Impostare una cottura a vapore a vuoto (senza cibo).
2. Al termine del preriscaldamento, mantenere premuto il pulsante START per
almeno 3 secondi. Il forno effettuerà il “caricamento manuale” dell’acqua.
3. Rilasciare il tasto START quando l’acqua sarà immessa nel vano forno.
4. Il caricamento a questo punto è terminato è ora possibile spegnere il forno.
To fit the Tank Kit on ALFA135 ovens, proceed as follows:
1. Pull the knob off and unscrew the two control panel screws (Fig.1);
2. Remove the control panel and undo the two screws on the front of the side
casing (Fig. 2);
3. Unscrew the other three screws of the side casing, on the rear of the oven, and
the two screws which secure the solenoid valve (fig. 3);
4. Remove the side casing by lifting it outward and remove the solenoid valve by
unscrewing the metal band clamp and extracting the wiring;
5. Fit the cable gland plate with the two self-tapping screws provided in the kit, and
the pump support using the two screws supplied with the kit. Screw the band
clamp back in place. Tighten the band clamps underneath the pump to fix the
hose securely close to the hose gland, to ensure that it cannot come off the
pump (see blow-up drawing);
6. Reassemble all parts, proceeding in reverse order.
BEFORE CARRYING OUT A STEAM COOKING OPERATION:
After fitting the Tank Kit, before carrying out a steam cooking operation the circuit
should be filled with water. (This only has to be done the first time the new filling
system is used).
With conventional ALFA135 oven
1. Set a steam cooking operation with the oven empty (no food).
2. At the end of the preheating period, turn the steam control knob and hold it in the
turned position.
3. Release the knob when water is released into the oven interior.
4. At this point the circuit has been filled and the oven can be switched off.
With electronic ALFA135 oven
1. Set a steam cooking operation with the oven empty (no food).
2. At the end of the preheating period, hold the START button down for at least 3
seconds. The oven will fill with water in “manual” mode.
3. Release the START key when water is released into the oven interior.
4. At this point the circuit has been filled and the oven can be switched off.
Pour monter le Kit bidon sur les fours ALFA135, exécuter les opérations suivantes :
1. Démonter la manette en la tirant vers l’extérieur ; dévisser les deux vis du
panneau des commandes (Fig.1) ;
2. Extraire le panneau des commandes de son logement et dévisser les deux vis
frontales du carter latéral (Fig. 2) ;
3. Dévisser les 3 vis restantes du carter latéral positionnées derrière le four et les
deux vis qui fixent l’électrovanne (fig. 3) ;
4. Démonter le carter latéral en le tirant vers l’extérieur, et démonter l’électrovanne
en dévissant le collier métallique et en extrayant le câblage ;

5. Monter la plaquette passe-câble avec les deux vis autotaraudeuses fournies
dans le kit, et le support de la pompe avec les deux vis fournies en équipement
au kit. Revisser le collier métallique. Serrer le collier sous la pompe pour mieux
fixer le tube en caoutchouc et adjacent au passe-tube pour éviter qu’il puisse
glisser de la pompe (voir vue éclatée) ;
6. Remonter le tout en faisant les opérations dans l’ordre inverse.
AVANT UNE CUISSON À LA VAPEUR :
Après avoir monté le kit bidon, remplir le circuit avec de l’eau (cette opération ne doit
être effectuée qu’à la première utilisation du nouveau système de remplissage).
Avec four ALFA135 traditionnel
1. Sélectionner une cuisson à la vapeur à vide (sans aliments).
2. À la fin du préchauffage, tourner la manette de commande de la vapeur et la
laisser tournée.
3. Relâcher la manette après l’arrivée de l’eau dans le compartiment four.
4. Le remplissage est terminé. Le four peut être éteint.
Avec four ALFA135 électronique
1. Sélectionner une cuisson à la vapeur à vide (sans aliments).
2. À la fin du préchauffage, tenir pressée la touche START pendant au moins 3
secondes. Le four effectuera le « remplissage manuel » de l’eau.
3. Relâcher la touche START lorsque l’eau sera entrée dans le compartiment four.
4. Le remplissage est terminé. Le four peut être éteint.
Für die Montage des Kanistersatzes bei den Backöfen ALFA135 sind die folgenden
Arbeitsschritte erforderlich:
1. Den Schalter nach vorn abziehen und die zwei Schrauben der Bedienblende
ausschrauben (Abb. 1).
2. Die Bedienblende aus ihrem Sitz lösen und die zwei vorderen Schrauben der
Seitenverkleidung ausschrauben (Abb. 2).
3. Die anderen 3 Schrauben der Seitenverkleidung auf der Rückseite des
Backofens und die zwei Schrauben, mit denen das Magnetventil befestigt ist,
ausschrauben (Abb. 3).
4. Die Seitenverkleidung nach vorne wegnehmen. Zum Ausbauen des
Magnetventils die Schlauchschelle lösen und den Kabelstrang herausziehen.
5. Die Kabeldurchführungsplatte mit den zwei dem Montagesatz beiliegenden
Blechschrauben befestigen. Die Halterung der Pumpe mit den zwei Schrauben
befestigen, die ebenfalls dem Montagesatz beiliegen. Die Schlauchschelle
wieder anbringen. Die Schlauchschelle unter der Pumpe in der Nähe der
Schlauchdurchführung befestigen, damit sich der Schlauch nicht von der Pumpe
lösen kann (siehe die Explosionszeichnung).
6. Die übrigen Teile in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge wieder anbringen.
VOR DEM DAMPFGAREN:
Nach der Montage des Kanistersatzes sollten Sie, bevor Sie mit dem Dampfgaren
beginnen, die Leitung mit Wasser füllen (dies ist nur beim ersten Gebrauch des neuen
Füllsystems erforderlich).
Beim Backofen ALFA135 mit Ober- und Unterhitze

1. Stellen Sie einen Dampfgarvorgang ohne Lebensmittel ein.
2. Drehen Sie nach dem Vorheizen den Dampfschalter und halten Sie ihn in dieser
Stellung.
3. Lassen Sie den Schalter wieder los, wenn Wasser in den Backraum eintritt.
4. Der Füllvorgang ist nun abgeschlossen und Sie können den Backofen
ausschalten.
Beim elektronischen Backofen ALFA135
1. Stellen Sie einen Dampfgarvorgang ohne Lebensmittel ein.
2. Halten Sie nach dem Vorheizen die Taste START mindestens 3 Sekunden
gedrückt. Der Backofen führt dann das „manuelle Befüllen“ mit Wasser aus.
3. Lösen Sie die Taste START, wenn Wasser in den Backraum eintritt.
4. Der Füllvorgang ist nun abgeschlossen und Sie können den Backofen
ausschalten.
Om de Tankkit op te ALFA135 ovens te monteren moet u als volgt te werk gaan:
1. Trek de knop naar u toe om hem te verwijderen; schroef de twee schroeven van
het bedieningspaneel los (Fig.1);
2. Trek het bedieningspaneel uit zijn behuizing en schroef aan de voorkant de twee
schroeven van het zijcarter los (Fig. 2);
3. Schroef de resterende 3 schroeven van het zijcarter aan de achterkant van de
oven, en de twee schroeven waarmee de elektromagnetische klep is bevestigd,
los (fig. 3);
4. Trek het zijcarter naar buiten om hem te verwijderen, schroef de metalen klem
los en trek de kabels weg om de elektromagnetische klep te demonteren;
5. Monteer het kabelgeleiderplaatje met de twee zelftappende schroeven van de kit
en de pomphouder met de twee schroeven van de kit. Schroef de metalen klem
weer vast. Schroef de klemmen onder de pomp en vlakbij de slanggeleider goed
vast voor een betere bevestiging van de rubberslang om te voorkomen dat hij
van de pomp losraakt (zie opengewerkte tekening);
6. Monteer alles weer in de tegenovergestelde volgorde terug
ALVORENS MET HET STOOMKOKEN TE BEGINNEN:
Verdient het aanbeveling om na de montage van de Tankkit en voordat u begint met
het stoomkoken, eerst het circuit te vullen met water (dit is alleen maar de eerste keer
dat u het nieuwe vulsysteem in gebruik neemt noodzakelijk).
Met traditionele ALFA135 oven
1. Stel een onbelaste stoomkookwijze in (zonder voedsel).
2. Op het eind van de voorverwarming moet u de stoombedieningsknop draaien en
gedraaid houden.
3. Laat de knop los wanneer het water in de ovenruimte zal zijn gestroomd.
4. Nu is het vullen voltooid en kunt u de oven uitschakelen
Met elektronische ALFA135 oven
1. Stel een onbelaste stoomkookwijze in (zonder voedsel).
2. Na het voorverwarmen moet u de START drukknop tenminste 3 seconden lang
ingedrukt houden. De oven zal de “manuele watervulling” uitvoeren.
3. Laat de START toets knop los wanneer het water in de ovenruimte zal zijn
gestroomd.
4. Nu is het vullen voltooid en kunt u de oven uitschakelen.

Para montar el Kit Bidón ALFA135 se deberán efectuar las siguientes operaciones:
1. Desmontar el mando tirándolo hacia afuera y desenroscar los dos tornillos del
panel de mandos (Fig.1);
2. Extraer el panel de mando desde su respectivo alojamiento y desenroscar los
dos tornillos frontales del cárter lateral (Fig. 2);
3. Desenroscar los restantes tres tornillos del cárter lateral -posicionados en la
parte trasera del horno- y los dos tornillos de fijación de la electroválvula (Fig. 3);
4. Desmontar el cárter lateral tirándolo hacia afuera y extraer la electroválvula,
desenroscando para ello la abrazadera metálica y retirando el cableado;
5. Montar la plaquita pasacable utilizando los dos tornillos autorroscantes
suministrados con el kit e instalar el soporte bomba utilizando los dos tornillos
también suministrados adjuntos. Enroscar nuevamente la abrazadera metálica.
Apretar la abrazadera debajo de la bomba para fijar adecuadamente el tubo de
goma, de modo que quede adyacente al pasatubo. De esta manera se evitará su
posible desconexión respecto de la bomba (véase dibujo de despiece);
6. Montar nuevamente todos los componentes en orden y sentido inverso.
ANTES DE EFECTUAR UNA COCCIÓN AL VAPOR
Una vez montado el Kit Bidón, antes de efectuar una cocción al vapor es conveniente
cargar el circuito con agua (esta operación debe realizarse sólo la primera vez que se
utiliza el nuevo sistema de carga).
Con horno ALFA135 tradicional
1. Programar una cocción al vapor en vacío (sin alimento).
2. Al concluir el precalentamiento, girar el mando vapor y mantenerlo girado.
3. Soltar el mando una vez que el agua haya entrado en el compartimiento horno.
4. De este modo se habrá completado la carga y será posible apagar el horno.
Con horno ALFA135 electrónico
1. Programar una cocción al vapor en vacío (sin alimento).
2. Al concluir el precalentamiento, mantener presionado el botón START durante al
menos 3 segundos. El horno efectuará la “carga manual” del agua.
3. Soltar la tecla START una vez que el agua haya entrado en el compartimiento
horno.
4. De este modo se habrá completado la carga y será posible apagar el horno.
Para montar o Kit Depósito nos fornos ALFA135, é preciso proceder conforme
indicado a seguir:
1. Desmonte o botão puxando-o para fora; desaperte os dois parafusos do painel
de comandos (Fig.1);
2. Extraia o painel de comando da sua sede e desaperte os dois parafusos frontais
do painel de protecção lateral (Fig. 2);
3. Desaperte os outros 3 parafusos do painel de protecção lateral situados na
traseira do forno e os dois parafusos que fixam a electroválvula (fig. 3);
4. Desmonte o painel de protecção lateral extraindo-o para fora e desmonte a
electroválvula afrouxando a braçadeira metálica e tirando a cablagem;
5. Monte a chapa passa-cabo com os dois parafusos auto-roscantes fornecidos no
kit e o suporte para a bomba com os dois parafusos fornecidos no kit. Volte a
apertar a braçadeira metálica. Aperte a braçadeira metálica em baixo da bomba

para melhor fixar o tubo de borracha e perto do passa-tubo para evitar que ele
possa se soltar da bomba (ver a vista explodida);
6. Monte todas as peças na sequência invertida.
ANTES DE EFECTUAR UMA COZEDURA A VAPOR:
Depois de ter montado o Kit Depósito e antes de efectuar uma cozedura a vapor, é
recomendável encher o circuito com água (esta operação deve ser feita apenas na
altura da primeira utilização do novo sistema de enchimento).
Com forno ALFA135 tradicional
1. Programe uma cozedura a vapor com o forno vazio (sem alimentos).
2. No fim do pré-aquecimento, rode e mantenha rodado o botão de comando do
vapor.
3. Solte o botão assim que a água tiver sido introduzida no compartimento do
forno.
4. O processo de enchimento está agora finalizado e é possível desligar o forno.
Com forno ALFA135 electrónico
1. Programe uma cozedura a vapor com o forno vazio (sem alimentos).
2. No fim do pré-aquecimento, mantenha premida a tecla START durante pelo
menos 3 segundos. O forno irá executar o “carregamento manual” da água.
3. Solte a tecla START assim que a água será tiver sido introduzida no
compartimento do forno.
4. O processo de enchimento está agora finalizado e é possível desligar o forno.

1. Svitare le 6 viti che fissano il carter posteriore e le due viti che fissano
l’elettrovalvola (Fig. 1).
2. Rimuovere l’elettrovalvola e la vite che fissa il fondo del forno al piantone (fig. 2);
3. Fissare il supporto pompa alla vite del piantone e la piastrina passacavo con le
due viti in dotazione (Fig. 3).
4. Rimontare il carter posteriore riavvitando le 6 viti che lo fissano (Fig. 1).

valore pari a 5.0 nel parametro dell’umidificazione (Il forno impiegherà meno
tempo a caricare l’acqua).
2. Al termine del preriscaldamento il forno inizierà a caricare l’acqua
automaticamente.
3. Attendere fino all’immissione dell’acqua all’interno del forno.
4. Il caricamento a questo punto è terminato è ora possibile spegnere il forno.
To fit the Tank Kit on ALFA41 ovens, proceed as follows:
1. Unscrew the 6 screws which secure the rear casing and the two screws which
secure the solenoid valve (Fig. 1);
2. Remove the solenoid valve and the screw that fixes the bottom of the oven to
the upright (fig. 2);
3. Fix the pump support to the upright screw and the cable gland plate using the
two screws provided (Fig. 3);
4. Reassemble the rear casing by screwing the 6 screws that secure it back into
place (Fig. 1).

4. At this point the circuit has been filled and the oven can be switched off.

Pour monter le Kit bidon sur les fours ALFA41, exécuter les opérations suivantes :
1. Dévisser les 6 vis qui fixent le carter arrière et les deux vis qui fixent
l’électrovanne (Fig. 1) ;
2. Retirer l’électrovanne et la vis qui fixe le fond du four à la barre (fig. 2) ;
3. Fixer le support de la pompe à la vis de la barre et la plaquette passe-câble avec
les deux vis fournies en équipement (Fig. 3)
4. Remonter le carter arrière en revissant les 6 vis qui le fixent (Fig. 1)

4. Le remplissage est terminé. Le four peut être éteint.
Für die Montage des Kanistersatzes bei den Backöfen ALFA41 sind die folgenden
Arbeitsschritte erforderlich:
1. Die 6 Schrauben, mit denen die hintere Verkleidung befestigt ist, und die zwei
Befestigungsschrauben des Magnetventils ausschrauben (Abb. 1).
2. Das Magnetventil herausnehmen. Die Schraube entfernen, mit denen der Boden
des Backofens am Pfosten befestigt ist (Abb. 2).
3. Die Pumpenhalterung mit der Schraube des Pfostens und die
Kabeldurchführungsplatte mit den zwei beiliegenden Schrauben befestigen
(Abb. 3).
4. Die hintere Verkleidung wieder mit ihren 6 Schrauben befestigen (Abb. 1).
VOR DEM DAMPFGAREN:
Nach der Montage des Kanistersatzes sollten Sie, bevor Sie mit dem Dampfgaren
beginnen, die Leitung mit Wasser füllen (dies ist nur beim ersten Gebrauch des neuen
Füllsystems erforderlich).
Beim Backofen ALFA41 mit Ober- und Unterhitze

Parameter Bedampfung auf den Wert 5.0 ein (der Backofen benötigt dann zum
Einfüllen des Wassers weniger Zeit).
2. Nach dem Vorheizen beginnt der Backofen automatisch mit dem Einfüllen des
Wassers.
3. Warten Sie, bis Wasser in den Backofen eintritt.
4. Der Füllvorgang ist nun abgeschlossen und Sie können den Backofen
ausschalten.
Om de Tankkit op de ALFA41 ovens te monteren moet u als volgt te werk gaan:
1. Schroef de 6 schroeven waarmee het achtercarter, en de twee schroeven
waarmee de elektromagnetische klep zijn bevestigd, los (Fig. 1);
2. Verwijder de elektromagnetische klep en de schroef waarmee de onderkant van
de oven aan de staander is bevestigd, los (fig. 2);
3. Bevestig de pomphouder aan de schroef van de staander en het
kabelgeleiderplaatje met de twee bijgesloten schroeven (Fig. 3)
4. Monteer het achtercarter weer terug met de 6 bevestigingsschroeven (Fig. 1)
ALVORENS MET HET STOOMKOKEN TE BEGINNEN:
Verdient het aanbeveling om na de montage van de Tankkit en voordat u begint met

Para montar o Kit Depósito nos fornos ALFA41, é preciso proceder conforme indicado
a seguir:
1. Desaperte os 6 parafusos que fixam o painel de protecção traseiro e os dois
parafusos que fixam a electroválvula (Fig. 1);
2. Tire a electroválvula e o parafuso que fixa o fundo do forno na coluna (fig. 2);
3. Fixe o suporte para a bomba no parafuso da coluna e a chapa passa-cabo com
os dois parafusos fornecidos (Fig. 3)
4. Volte a montar o painel de protecção traseiro apertando os 6 parafusos de

To fit the Tank Kit on ALFA200 ovens, proceed as follows:
1. Unscrew the 3 screws which secure the rear casing and the two screws which
secure the solenoid valve (Fig. 1);
2. Remove the solenoid valve and fix the pump support and the pump cable gland
plate using the screws provided (Fig. 2)
3. Reassemble the rear casing by screwing the 6 screws that secure it back into
place (Fig. 1).
BEFORE CARRYING OUT A STEAM COOKING OPERATION:
After fitting the Tank Kit, before carrying out a steam cooking operation the circuit

1. Smontare la porta come descritto nel libretto istruzioni e svitare le due vito che
mantengono fissato il pannello comandi. Sfilare anche le manopole e fare
attenzione a non strappare i cavi alimentazione delle spie (Fig. 1);
2. Svitare le viti frontali che fissano il carter laterale/superiore del prodotto (Fig. 2);
3. Svitare tutte le viti evidenziate in figura 3 per terminare di smontare il carter
laterale/superiore;
4. Smontare l’elettrovalvola svitando la fascetta metallica e sfilando il cablaggio;
5. Montare la piastrina passacavo con le due viti autofilettanti fornite nel kit, e il
supporto pompa con le due viti in dotazione al kit. Riavvitare la fascetta metallica.
Stringere le fascetta sotto la pompa per fissare meglio il tubo di gomma e
adiacente al passa-tubo per evitare che possa sfilarsi dalla pompa (vedere
disegno esploso);
6. Rimontare il tutto nella sequenza inversa.

To fit the tank kit to RFT844V ovens, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the door as indicated in the instruction booklet and unscrew the two
bolts securing the control panel. Also remove the knobs, taking care not to break
the warning light wires (Fig. 1);
2. Unscrew the front bolts securing the product’s side/top casing (Fig. 2);
3. Unscrew all bolts shown in the Fig. 3; the side/top casing can now be removed;
4. Remove the solenoid valve by unscrewing its metal clamp and pulling out the
cabling;
5. Fit the cable gland plate with the two self-tapping screws provided in the kit, and
the pump support using the two screws supplied with the kit. Screw the band
clamp back in place. Tighten the band clamps underneath the pump to fix the
hose securely close to the hose gland, to ensure that it cannot come off the
pump (see blow-up drawing);
6. Reassemble all parts, proceeding in reverse order.

au kit. Revisser le collier métallique. Serrer le collier sous la pompe pour mieux
fixer le tube en caoutchouc et adjacent au passe-tube pour éviter qu’il puisse

6. Remonter le tout en faisant les opérations dans l’ordre inverse.

Ausbau der seitlichen/oberen Verkleidung abzuschließen.
4. Zum Ausbauen des Magnetventils die Schlauchschelle lösen und den
Kabelstrang herausziehen.
5. Die Kabeldurchführungsplatte mit den zwei dem Montagesatz beiliegenden
Blechschrauben befestigen. Die Halterung der Pumpe mit den zwei Schrauben
befestigen, die ebenfalls dem Montagesatz beiliegen. Die Schlauchschelle
wieder anbringen. Die Schlauchschelle unter der Pumpe in der Nähe der
Schlauchdurchführung befestigen, damit sich der Schlauch nicht von der Pumpe
lösen kann (siehe die Explosionszeichnung).
6. Die übrigen Teile in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge wieder anbringen.
