Setup
1. Remove all packing material from shipping box. Check that all foam and plastic padding is
removed, especially in the nozzle area.
2. Place T-1000 Snow Machine on a flat surface. Place one gallon of liquid snow in machine.
Remove the cap, replace with cap/line/intake filter. Make sure the snow intake filter is at the
bottom of the gallon. Be sure to USE ONLY FG-100 Evaporative Snow. ANY OTHER
TYPES OF FLUID WILL DAMAGE THE UNIT AND VOID THE WARRANTY.
3. Firmly attach the 3-pin connector on the remote control cable to the input on the rear of the
machine. This is located just above the power cable socket.
4. See “recommendation” below before operating equipment.
5. Plug power cord into an electrical outlet.
6. Turn power on the rear of the Snow Machine unit to the “on” position. A red light will become
visible on the Snow Machine as well as the hard wired remote control unit.
7. To emit snow, press the (-) on the hard wire remote.
8. Two pilot lamps on the remote control indicate power (red) and operation (green) status.
9. Use the adjustable knob on the hardwire remote control to regulate the size of the snowflake.
10. To power down, first turn off the snow, then the blower. This clears the system.
Your T-1000 Snow Machine may be installed many ways for creating the perfect snow effect.
The secret is not in the machine by itself but by the addition of disbursement fans that help the
snow cover more area and look more natural. The liquid snow, which is only manufactured by
Snow Masters, is what makes the effect so perfect. In addition to the effect produced, it is
biodegradable, non-toxic, non-allergenic and evaporates within 90 seconds of disbursement.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the shipping container be placed in front of the T-1000 for the first (5)
minutes of operation. There is some light oil in the pump to protect it during manufacturing and
shipping. This test period will allow that to be completely purged and for the operator to become
familiar with the controls.
Important
Always monitor tank fluid levels during operation. Running the T-1000 with no fluid can
permanently damage the unit.
If you experience mechanical noise, low output or no output at all, unplug immediately. Check
fluid level, the external fuse, remote connection, and power from the outlet. If all of the above
appears to be OK, plug the unit in again. When turning on the power, check for the green
operations light on the remote and for the variable density control to be in a position other than
hard left. If snow does not come out, check the clear hose from the tank to make sure there is
fluid going through it. If you are unable to determine the cause of the problem, shut the machine
off, and call Snow Masters for advice on troubleshooting.
Maintenance
Do not leave machine dry without fluid in pump. For extended periods of storage (more than 2
weeks), run No Clog (purchased separately) in the machine to keep the pump lubricated.
Simply take the fluid suction hose out of the snow fluid container and drop it in the No Clog
(purchased separately) fluid container, turn on SNOW MACHINE and run machine at full flake
size for 3 minutes. Shut off machine and store.
