All combustion appliances created by Snow Peak
are required to pass burning tests before
shipment. Therefore, please understand that there
may be a slight tarnish on the trivet or
the burner head.

Read the notes below carefully to use Snow Peak gas gear safely.
Extinguish the flame as soon as you notice a gas leak.
If gas is leaking, you will smell a rotten odor. Butane gas is
heavier than air and will accumulate at the bottom of the
product. Do not switch on electrical appliances or use any
kind of open flame. Take the following measures immediate-
ly, as there is a risk of explosion due from the gas.
①Turn the flame control value to the “0” position and
extinguish the flame immediately.
②Remove the fuel canister.
③Open the windows and doors to let the gas out. At this
time, please do not use any electric devices as there is a
risk of explosion.

■Reason■
This product is for outdoor use only. Never use it inside of buildings, tents, or vehicles. It may cause death
or serious poisoning due to oxygen deficiency
or toxic gasses.
This product is designed for outdoor use only.
It consumes a large amount of oxygen while
it's used, and its use in enclosed spaces may
lead to oxygen deficiency, carbon monoxide
poisoning, or fire.
Never attempt to repair, modify or disassemble this product on your own.
■Reason■
This product and fuel canisters are precision manufactured. Modification may result in poor
performance or give rise to incomplete combustion or gas leakage. Please contact the
retailer where you purchased the product or Snow Peak customer service if repairs are
needed.while it's used, and its use in enclosed spaces may lead to oxygen deficiency,
carbon monoxide poisoning, or fire.
Before igniting the stove, inspect to ensure there is no gas leakage.
■Reason■
Make sure the flame control valve is completely shut before attaching the fuel canister. After attaching,
make sure that there is no gas leakage. If gas is leaking, remove the fuel canister in a well-ventilated place
with no fire nearby. Never ignite this product when gas is leaking. If lit when there is gas leaking, there is a
chance of burns from abnormal combustion or toxic symptoms. If you feel sick, stop using this product
immediately and contact the dealer where you purchased the product or Snow Peak Customer Service.
Do not intentionally inhale gas from the fuel canister.
■Reason■
You may die from lack of oxygen if you intentionally inhale the gas. Therefore, never
inhale the gas from the canister.
Do not refill the fuel canister.
■Reason■
Snow Peak fuel canisters are not designed to be refilled. Unexpected accidents may occur, such as the
rupture of the gas canister rupture or leaks. Never refill the canisters.

Please use this stove with only Snow Peak
designated fuel canisters. Snow Peak fuel canisters
are adjusted for maximum and appropriate with
Snow Peak products. Please do not use any other
type of fuel canister. Snow Peak has designed
specific fuel canister models for use with this stove,
so please refer to the Designated Fuel Canister list
on the back of this page.
■Reason■Other fuel canisters differ in standards,
such as valve configuration and nozzle thickness.
This basic design difference could result in abnormal
functionality, gas leaks, combustion, fire, or abnormal
combustion.
Do not put this product on other heat sources
such as electric stoves or induction cookers.
■Reason■If the power is
turned on unexpectedly,
the gas canister will
overheat, and there is a risk
of explosion.
Never surround the stove with a windscreen or use
stones or other devices to increase the span of the
pot support.
■Reason■The use of windscreen or stones will
cause the heat to build up in the area around the fuel
canister, cause it to absorb an abnormal amount of
heat. In addition, placing a
pot on top of the stove burner
acts like a rod, further
increasing heat built-up. This
will cause temperatures to
rise to extremely high levels,
leading to the danger of
explosion.

When attaching and removing the fuel canister,
make sure to have the fuel canister in an upright
position.
■Reason■Fuel canisters are filled to the top with
liquid gas. If the canister is attached at an angle, the
liquid gas may gush out in large quantities, causing
great danger. Ensure there is no
fire source in the surrounding
area, and then mount the fuel
canister in an upright position.
The connection screw to the fuel
canister is an essential part. Gas
may leak if it is not screwed on
straight.
Before each use of the stove, check to ensure that
the threaded sections of the valve and O-ring (black
rubber part) are in normal condition and undam-
aged. If there is any sign of wear or damage, contact
the dealer or Snow Peak Customer Service.
■Reason■The O-ring suffers wear and tear when
mounting and detaching fuel canisters. Even a
non-rubber O-ring will deteriorate with time. Use of a
deteriorate or damaged
O-ring may cause
leakage of gas.
Before mounting the fuel canister, make sure to
turn the flame control valve clockwise until wholly
shut.
■Reason■The flame
control valve may come
open while the product
is stored or transported.
If it is open, gas leaks
may occur, potentially
causing a fire.
Keep combustible items more than 3.3 feet above the
stove and 1 foot in length. Also, please use the stove
with a heat-insulating material spread underneath it.
The heat-insulating material is sold separately.
■Reason■The heat of the flame flows sideways
and /or downward, depending on the direction of
the wind. Since the flame's heat is transmitted
upwards with great intensity, keep combustible
items at a sufficient distance to avoid catching on fire.
Since the heat radiates
from the attached griddle,
it also raises the
temperature of the
surface underneath the
stove, increasing the risk
of fire. Always spread
heat-insulating material
underneath the stove
while it is in use. The
heat-insulating material is
sold separately.
Install and use this product in a horizontal and
stable place.
■Reason■If used on
an inclined or unstable
surface, there is a risk of
tipping over while
burning, potentially
causing a fire.

Do not use this product in locations where the
wind blows frequently.
■Reason■Windy conditions
increase the risk of scorching
the main unit due to the flame
getting caught in the wind.
However, windy conditions are
also dangerous because the
fire may be extinguished.
Never use the stove for any purpose other than
cooking.
■Reason■Using this product
for heating or drying clothes
may lead to unexpected
accidents such as fire, burns,
and oxygen deficiency.
Do not force the fuel hose to bend. Instead, unwind
the fuel hose, make sure there are no twists, and
keep it away from the stove.
■Reason■A bent hose may
cause a gas leakage,
potentially leading to a large
flame, fire, or abnormal
combustion.
Never leave the fuel canister in a hot place.
■Reason■If the gas canister
is left near a bonfire or other
heat source, the internal
pressure of the gas canister
will rise sharply due to the
heat, and there is a danger of
an explosion.
Never throw an empty fuel canister into a fire or
discard it near any heat source.
■Reason■A small amount of
gas remains even after the fuel
canister is empty, so if it is
thrown into a fire or discarded
near other heat sources, it may
explode as the internal
pressure rises.
WARNING
Do not use or store this product and the fuel
canister on the beach, rocky riverbed, metal
surfaces, or road when the temperature is over
40℃(104℉).
■Reason■Beaches, rocky riverbeds, metal
surfaces, or roads with the direct sun are hotter than
the air temperature. Therefore, if you use or leave the
fuel canister and/or the stove in such places, the
internal pressure of the fuel canister will increase
rapidly, leading to abnormal combustion.
Do not use a steel plate, grill net, ceramic products,
or any other product with the stove besides the
attached griddle.
■Reason■If you use other products besides the
attached griddle, the
radiant heat can cause
the fuel canister to heat
up unexpectedly,
potentially causing the
internal pressure of the
fuel canister to rise
rapidly and explode.
Never, under any circumstance, use the stove to
light charcoal.
■Reason■Using the stove to light charcoal will
subject the stove itself, the fuel hose, and the fuel
canister to abnormal
heat. This is extremely
dangerous - do not
attempt under any
circumstance.
Do not use multiple stoves side-by-side.
■Reason■If multiple stoves are used with large
pots or a single grill plate, the fuel canisters will be
subjected to radiant
heat, risking the danger
of explosion as the
internal pressure of the
fuel canister increases.
Always stand the fuel canister upright when using
the stove.
■Reason■If you set the fuel canister in an
upside-down position, liquid gas will rush out,
potentially causing a large flame or accidental fire.
Do not use this product with tools that are not
compatible.
■Reason■Using with incompatible tools or
equipment may cause unexpected accidents.

Never put the fuel canister on top of the attached
griddle.
■Reason■Even after the flame is extinguished, the
attached griddle may still
be hot, and it may cause
the fuel canister to
explode.
The attached griddle is designed for this product
only. Do not use it with other products.
■Reason■The fuel
canister could explode due
to radiant heat or generate
a large amount of carbon
monoxide from abnormal
combustion.
Be careful not to burn yourself when using this
product or accessory metal products.
■Reason■The attached griddle stores and emits a
lot of heat. Contact with this product for a long period
of time may cause the heat of the griddle to be
transferred or the product
to become hot. Please be
careful not to burn yourself.
Never use the stove near other heat sources such
as heaters or open fires.
■Reason■The heat generated from a heater or
open fire will cause the fuel
canister to reach extremely
high temperatures,
potentially leading to an
explosion.
Keep both the stove and fuel canisters out of the
reach of children.
■Reason■Keep stove
and fuel canisters out of
reach of children to avoid
danger and accidents.
Do not tilt, shake, or carry the product while it is on.
■Reason■There is a risk
of burns due to the shifting
direction or size of the
flame.
Before disposing of the fuel canister, make sure it
is completely empty and dispose of it separately
from other trash. If you shake the fuel canister and
it makes a whooshing sound, gas still remains.
Please use up the remaining gas.
■Reason■If gas remains in the fuel canister, it
may ignite and cause an explosion or fire, which
may endanger the
waste vehicle or workers.
Please make sure the
canister is completely
empty and dispose of it
according to the local
regulations.
If the stove is not used for a long period of time,
detach the fuel canister. Store the stove in the
included case and the fuel canister with its cap
securely in place.
■Reason■The flame control valve
may open accidentally and cause a
gas leak. Grime or dust may
accumulate on the connection point
between the stove and canister,
which can cause a malfunction or
abnormal combustion.
The attached griddle becomes very hot during use
and remains so after the flame has been
extinguished. Please use thick fire-resistant
gloves to protect your hands when handling.
■Reason■Because it is made of steel, it retains
heat after use, and there is a risk of burns even after
the fire is extinguished. In addition, even if you are
wearing gloves, there is a risk of burns if the gloves
are wet or contact is prolonged.
Make sure the main unit has completely cooled
down before storing it.
■Reason■If the main unit is stored while hot, the
carrying case may melt, or heat may transfer to the
fuel canister, risking explosion. Please make sure
each part of the main unit is completely cool before
storing.
Never leave a lit burner unattended.
■Reason■An unattended lit burner may cause an
accident or fire. Keep your eyes on the burner,
especially when cooking. Be sure to extinguish the
burner when you leave the area or go to bed. Put out
the flame every time you step away from the burner,
even for a short time.

When using the burner, do not leave spare fuel
canisters, hair spray containers, or other flamma-
ble liquids nearby.
■Reason■Spare fuel
canisters, aerosols such
as hair sprays, and other
flammable liquids may
catch fire or explode
due to heat.
Do not use flammable products such as hair spray
near the burner.
■Reason■Using hair
spray, gasoline, or
kerosene near the
burner may lead to an
explosion due to
ignition.
Fuel canisters should not be carried
on an aircraft.
■Reason■Fuel canisters are prohibit-
ed on aircraft by law.
After using the product, make sure to inspect and
clean the burner before storing it in its dedicated
carrying case.
■Reason■Dirt or debris may
cause clogs or rust, resulting in
possible accidents. Proper
maintenance ensures you
avoid such problems.
Do not allow children to use this product unattended.
■Reason■Do not allow children to use this product
alone. Keep stove and fuel canisters out of reach of
children to avoid danger and unexpected accidents.
Inspect and clean the fuel canisters before use.
■Reason■Inspect the fuel canister before use, and
do not use the product if there are any abnormalities
such as scratches, dents, or rust, as this increases
the risk of gas leakage. Also, please check the
canisters occasionally during storage.
Avoid sudden jolts or shocks to the
fuel canisters.
■Reason■Sudden impact or falls can
result in a gas leak, which can cause a fire.
Do not use deformed fuel canisters.
■Reason■Deformed canisters may
have a gas leak.
Use caution if the burner does not light at once.
■Reason■When igniting, ensure the smell of gas is
gone. Igniting the accumulated gas may result in a
large flame.
Pay attention to ventilation.
■Reason■Ensure proper ventilation while using this
product. A lack of ventilation may cause serious
poisoning due to oxygen deficiency and toxic
gasses. Lack of ventilation can also result in a fire.
Do not drop the main unit and stop using it if it’s
subjected to shocks or jolts.
■Reason■Even if the product does not look
damaged, an internal mechanism may be broken.
Please ask a dealer or Snow Peak Customer Service
for inspection.
Do not place the burner near flammable materials
or heat-sensitive items.
■Reason■There is a risk of fire or explosion.
Do not use or store this product in places where
there is a risk of falling, such as on or under a shelf.
■Reason■There is a risk of fire or explosion from
falls and shocks.
Do not place flammable items such as cardboard,
vinyl fabric, tablecloths, or carpet under the
burner. Do not obstruct ventilation in any way.
■Reason■There is a risk of fire or explosion if fabric
or nearby material ignites.
Keep your face and hands away from the burner
head.
■Reason■Placing your face or hands too close to
the burner may result in burns.

When using the stove on a flammable table or
floor, please use a burner sheet (sold separately)
made of non-flammable insulation.
■Reason■The surface under the stove gets very hot
while the product is in use. Wooden tables and floors
are particularly susceptible to heat, which can cause
burns or discoloration. Do not use the stove on top of
tablecloths or flammable items; the heat may cause
deformation or discoloration even with the burner
sheet.
Do not forcefully attach or remove the fuel
canister.
■Reason■The connection part could be damaged,
and gas leaks may occur.
Please carefully read the information and caution
warnings on the fuel canister.
■Reason■There are precautions and instructions
listed on the fuel canister. Please read carefully before
use.
In addition to igniting before use and extinguish
when finished, please make sure the stove burns
properly during use.
■Reason■Please ensure there is no abnormal
combustion. Abnormal combustion may cause the
gas to ignite or the canister to explode; there is also
the risk of generating a large amount of carbon
monoxide.
How to Use
How to Assemble
1.Pull out the cartridge guard until you can see
the line of the guard wire.
2.Place the attached griddle on the trivet of the
main unit. At this time, place the griddle as shown
in the figure below so that the handle’s position
does not come close to the fuel canister.
WARNING
Be sure to place the griddle and pot in the specified direction. If the fuel canister and the handle of the
griddle are used close to each other, the fuel canister will heat up due to radiant heat, potentially
causing the internal pressure of the fuel canister to rise rapidly and explode.

How to Set Up the Fuel Canister
1.Make sure the flame control
valve knob is shut.
2.Connect the canister
joint with the fuel canister
connection facing up.
3.Gently push the fuel canister into the
holding part of the cartridge guard to
secure it.
CAUTION
●Before attaching the fuel canister, check to ensure the
threaded sections of the valve and the O-ring (black rubber
part) are in normal condition and undamaged.
●Install the fuel canister in the upright position as the connec-
tion point is on top.
WARNING
●Only use Snow Peak canister (GP-500GR, GP-500SR, GP-250GR, GP-250SR).
Please do not use other containers.
●When installing or removing the fuel canister, a small amount of gas may leak. Do
not install or remove the product in places near fire or with poor ventilation, as it is
flammable and very dangerous.
●Squeeze the fuel canister tightly in the stopper. A loose clamp can cause a gas leak.
●When using the Attached Griddle, be sure to use the Cartridge Guard and keep the main unit
and the fuel canister spaced out as much as possible.
Maintain the distance between the main unit and the fuel canister until the Attached Griddle
and the main unit cool down after use.

Operation
1.After attaching the fuel canister, ensure there is no gas leaking or gas odor.
2.Turn the flame control valve knob slowly in an anti-clockwise direction (left rotation) as seen from the front,
and after a small amount of gas is ejected, press the igniter several times. If you cannot ignite it, please
close the flame control valve knob and try again.
3.Flame adjustment
When the flame control valve knob is turned in the counterclock-
wise direction (left turn), the heat increases, and when it is
turned clockwise, it decreases. Please turn the flame control
valve knob slowly.
4.How to extinguish
Turn the flame control valve knob slowly in the clockwise direction
(right turn) until the fire goes out. Ensure the flame has been
completely extinguished.
WARNING
When igniting, make sure there are no flamma-
ble materials around. Also, do not place your
hand or body near the top of the stove or look
into the stove. There is a risk that a large flame
will burn and cause burns.
CAUTION
●The igniter may not work due to weather or elevation. Please bring match-
sticks or a lighter with a long tip as a backup.
●If the gas cannot be ignited after 2 seconds, stop using the igniter and
ventilate until the gas odor disappears. If the ignition is not successful,
ignite with a long tip lighter, as shown in the figure.
How to Use the Attached Griddle
When carrying the attached griddle, use thick
protective gloves such as Snow Peak’s UG-023
Fireside Gloves (sold separately) before
grabbing the handle of the griddle.
In addition, our product, CS-310 Micro Cast Iron
Lifter, can also be used with this product. Be sure
to hook the lifter on the handle of the griddle
before lifting it up.
For more details, please read the instruction
manual of the lifter carefully before use.
CAUTION
●When removing the griddle after cooking,
make sure that there are no flammable materi-
als and that it does not touch people or objects.
●When placing the griddle on a table after
cooking, make sure that there are no
flammable materials nearby. Please note
that tabletops may be discolored or
deformed, even if you use a pot pad.

How to Store the Stove
Make sure that the main unit and the griddle are
sufficiently cooled. After detaching the fuel canister , store
the cartridge guard in the bottom of the main unit while
pulling down the lock pin. The cartridge guard's lock pin
is located on the bottom of the main unit where the gas
cartridge was removed.
Store the griddle in the attached carrying case. Place the griddle in the case on top of the trivet of the main
unit and put it in the main carrying case with the main unit.
CAUTION
●When carrying, ensure the main unit is
horizontal and hold it with both hands.
●The main unit and the griddle will be
hot during and after use. Make sure
that the main unit and the griddle are
cool before storing.
●Do not subject the griddle to sudden
temperature changes, such as splash-
ing with water when hot, except in an
emergency. Sudden temperature
changes may cause deformation or
damage.
Maintenance
【Burner body】
●Do not wash the burner body with water. If dirt or salt adheres
to it, wipe it off with a wet cloth.
●After wiping off dirt, wipe off the water with a dry cloth and dry
thoroughly in a well-ventilated, shady place.
【Water Plate, Trivet】
●Wash the water plate and trivet with a soft sponge using dish soap.
●After washing, wipe off the water with a dry cloth and leave them in
a well-ventilated, shady place to dry.
【Griddle】
●After use, wash it with hot water using a soft sponge brush
without detergent.
●After cleaning, heat it to remove the water completely, and
while it is still hot, evenly apply a thin coat of light vegetable oil
or vegetable shortening.
(Wipe it with a cloth soaked in a small amount of oil)

If the stove is not to be used for a long period
●Make sure to wipe off dirt and dry the main unit well.
●Make sure that the main unit is completely cool before storing and store it in a well-ventilated shady place.
●Detach the fuel canister from the main unit and store the stove and the fuel canister in a different place.
