ASSEMBLY TIME
The assemblage time of the basketball goal is estimated at 120 minutes, with 3 persons (without sealing).
TEST AFTER INSTALLATION
According to the regulation, for the first installation the goal must be tested like below :
Put a vertical and static charge of 320 kg, at the junction between the backboard and the ring, during 1 minute.
After these tests, the equipment and the fixation system should not have break, move or show residual deformation.
During the first installation, this stability and solidity test is compulsory.
Every time that the equipment is assembled, a visual check of the stability and solidity must be realized.
The owner must regularly check the condition of the product.
For an optimal use of our products, we advise to follow the installation and maintenance instructions.
MAINTENANCE
The equipement has to be regularly maintained by the owner. It is adviced to:
- Check every week that all the screws are correctly tightened
- Fix paint defects if the module has been damaged, using the adapted paint, specified by the manufacturer.
- Replace all damaged or missing parts with a spare part recommended by the manufacturer.
- Clean the product by using dishwasher soap, clean water, and soft cloth.
WARRANTY
One full year parts and labor guarantee. Every claim regarding condition of the delivered equipment has to be done
within the legal period of the reception of the material. The warranty will not apply to:
- all degradation during the transport.
- all degradation due to use differing from which was intended.
- all degradation due to poor maintenance.
- any defect claimed after the end of the legal period.
- any damaged due to a faulty installation and assembly of the module.

MOTION AND ADJUSMENT OF THE GOAL

Rotate the foot to adjust the height:
 Put it up when you want to move the goal.
 Bring it down when the goal is in play position. This adjustment makes it possible to
precisely adjust the height and the stability (see last step of the notice).

5a– SETTING IN POSITION - ADJUSTMENT TENSION OF SPRINGS

Note: The springs have been relaxed before transport. To allow easier positioning, you need
to tension these springs, tightening the nuts shown above with a 30mm wrench.
The optimal tightening of the nut depends on each model. We recommend to set a distance
of 30mm between the nut and the end of the threaded axle, but it can vary a bit.

5b– LIFT UP THE POST

Remove the lock
to push up the post
Pull the index pin, and lift the system up. The index pin will lock when the 2600mm height is reached.
Pull on the index pin and push again to reach the height of 3050mm.
Note: the lock is not included.
Do not push up the basketball goal until it is fixed to the ground or the counterweights are in
position.
It is mandatory that at least 2 people manage the rising of the product, to insure the safety.
We recommend that one person takes care of the pinlock system, while the other one han-
dles to control the rising of the product thanks to the handle.
