Caution
Stainless steel hardware can seize up, a process called galling. To signicantly reduce the
likelihood of galling, apply a small drop of anti-seize lubricant to the threads of all bolts
before installation. Anti-seize lubricants are readily available in auto parts and hardware
stores. In their absence, any lubricant will reduce chances of galling.
Installation
1. Mount the PV modules to the rails with the hardware provided (bolt, nut, washer).
2. Attach the main rails together at the base of the module using the black bolts and wing
nuts. Securely fasten base rail to the roof / floor (roof / floor fasteners are not included.)
3. Place support legs as needed for desired angle of the PV modules. Securely fasten all
hardware.
Note: The rack may be tilted to face in either direction.
