have received everything needed to assemble this product.

Position bike rack in proper position, mark footing holes, move2.
bike rack to tone side, and dig holes.
Assemble anchor bolts to end supports and place bike rack in3.
position over footing holes.
Pour concrete and wait 48 hours befor using equipment.4.
