
NIGHTLY USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Fold the top half of
your TheraFit over the
bottom half. Pull your
garment over your hand.
Your TheraFit must be
professionally fit and
washed before using it
for the first time.

of your TheraFit over
your arm. Do not
adjust the laces.
If you cannot pull
your garment on,
the laces may be too
tight and should be
inspected by your
medical professional.

MATERIALS
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Use care and be gentle to prevent thread breakage;
Wash weekly or more frequently as needed;
Machine wash with mild detergent on permanent press, double rinse to remove soap residue;
Don’t use additives such as bleach or fabric softener;
Tumble dry on permanent press to re-flu foam;
Place clean tennis balls in dryer to flu up the foam;
Discontinue use immediately if rash, numbness, or skin color changes are noticed.
Your TheraFit is warranted to be free of manufacturer defect for three (3) months.

Your TheraFit is a standard sized, adjustable garment designed by professionals to help simplify
your nightly lymphoedema management. Before using your TheraFit for the first time, wash it and

Remember: After fitting the garment, your patient must be able to donn and do the
garment independently. If needed, loosen the laces to allow for independent use.
Have your patient
donn the garment.
Begin tightening
the laces at the
distal end of
the garment to
provide a snug fit.

tightening laces up
the arm. Feel the
garment to check
compression as you
go. It should be
snug but not tight.

3Thread remaining
laces and finish fitting
the garment. Continue
to feel the garment
and ask your patient
if any area feels too
loose or too tight.
Have your patient do
and donn the garment.
Make any necessary
adjustments to allow
for independent use,
then tuck remaining
laces out of the way.
