Step 1: Prepare to Calibrate
A. Connect the power cable to
the back of the printer and
plug the power into a surge
protector.
B. Locate the power switch on
the back of the printer.
C. Locate the Pause/Calibr
button on the front of the
printer.
Step 2: Calibrate the Printer
A. Hold down the Pause/Calibr
button on the front of the
printer and turn the power
switch to On. Continue to
hold the Pause/Calibr
button as the printer
powers on.
B. Printer LCD screen will
display Calibration. Release
the Pause/Calibr button. The
printer will feed several
media tags.
C. Press the Feed/Config
button. A single tag will
feed through the printer.

Step 3: Enable Backfeed to line up media perforations
A. Push the Pause and Cancel
buttons at the time. Press
the Pause button until
Backfeed Enabled displays
on the LCD screen.
B. Press the Cancel button to
display back feed distance.
Press the Feed button to
change the distance in
millimeters. Distance can
be set between 11 and 39
mm. Press Cancel to save
backfeed distance.
C. Press Pause and Cancel at
the same time to return
printer to Ready state.
