The Solmetex NXT DryVac Dental Vacuum System Maintenance Kit
provides replacement components needed to perform annual service for
continuous safe, ecient, and reliable operation of the vacuum pump.

C– Water Return Valve
D– Water Outlet Connector

Remove Noise
Reducer
Remove and
Replace six (6)
Foam Disks
Replace Noise
Reducer
Turn Filter
Counterclockwise
to Release
Remove and
Replace Filter
Turn Filter
Clockwise
to Secure

Hose Adapter
Install New
Outlet Connector

Hose Clamp
Remove
Outlet Hose
Lift Up on
Retainer Clip
Remove
Hose Adapter
Remove Outlet
Connector
Remove Two (2)
Retainer Clips
Black ring

Tighten Hose
Clamp
Install New Hose
with Clamp
Push Clip Down
to Attach

Locate Water
Collector Valve
Hold Valve Firmly,
Pull O Tube
Detach
Both Tubes
Align New Valve
with Tubes
Hold Valve Firmly,
and Push On Tube
Attach Both
Tubes
