IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USE AND RETAIN IT FOR
LATER REFERENCE!
WARNINGS
1. Make sure that the appliance has not been damaged during transport.
2. This appliance should not be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, or by children aged 8 years and over,
unless they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand the
hazards involved. Children should not play with the appliance. Children over the age of 8
years should only be allowed to clean or perform user maintenance on the appliance under
supervision.
3. Keep children under the age of 8 away from the appliance and its mains power cord.
4. Use only in dry indoor conditions! Keep away from humid environments (e.g. bathrooms,
swimming pools).
5. DO NOT use the appliance near a bathtub, wash basin, shower, swimming pool or sauna.
6. The appliance must not be used linked with a programme switch, time switch or separate
remote control system, etc., which can switch on the appliance independently.
7. Place the appliance only on a solid, level, heat-resistant surface.
8. Do not place the appliance on or near an electric or gas oven or other heat source.
9. Never place the induction hob on a metal table or other metal plate, even if, for example, a
wooden support is used. The metal table may heat up due to electromagnetic induction and
cause appliance failure or fire.
10. Keep at least 10 cm away from walls and other equipment to ensure proper ventilation and
cooling of the appliance.
11. Keep at least 1 m away from other equipment that is sensitive to electromagnetic fields.
(screens, clocks, magnetic data storage devices, electronic equipment, bank cards, etc.)
12. Medical devices such as pacemakers, hearing aids and other equipment should be kept at a
distance. If you have any doubt, contact the manufacturer of the medical device.
13. Do not place the device under flammable materials. Do not place it under curtains.
14. Unwind the connection cable completely.
15. Only connect to a 230V~ / 50Hz grounded wall socket.
16. Do not use extension cords or distributors to connect the appliance.
17. Do not allow the power cord to touch a hot surface.
18. Position the appliance so that the plug is easily accessible and can be pulled out.
19. Route the power cord so that it cannot be accidentally pulled out, as well as it should not
hang off the edge of the table.
20. Do not place food directly on the surface of the appliance.
21. Do not operate the appliance near children without supervision.
